I checked in and was taken on time. The nurse discussed my history and my reason for the visit. Dr Shou discussed treatment option. The problem was resolved. I will continue to see Dr. Shou as needed.

I'm very glad I chose Dr. Shou to do my foot surgery. I had really good outcome. The only negative I'm going to say about the office is in the past, they didn't have a lead apron to wear when you got x-rays. Now they finally have a lead apron. Thank you for getting the lead apron.

The staff was very nice. The provider seemed to know what he was doing, but didn't really spend much time with me, or give much of a reason for why his diagnosis was different than what was given to me two weeks prior. I do think he is correct, though so I am grateful to have the correct diagnosis.

I was unable to make the appointment due to the useless call system that Virtua has put in place . There is no direct number to the orthopedic center without having an email sent by the call center and you never get an answer back in a timely manner. I had to go directly to the office to make the appointment due to the pt being a minor. In other words the call center is useless. And on top of it I have no direct access in the my chart app to do anything for my child. Virtua needs to do better. I have been employed by Virtua for 14 years and as an employee you would think that it would be easier for me to get to where I need to be with my child.

During X-rays had to ASK for lead apron protection. The lead apron was SMALL and did not cover adequately.

My experience was smooth and easy From scheduling the appointment to checkout .

Didn't really get an answer on why my toe was infected and how to prevent it from happening again

Dr. Hsu recommended an anti-inflammatory, which I picked up from the pharmacy. When I read the instructions or the side effects, it indicated that caused dizziness and high blood pressure, both of which I already suffer from. I did notify his office and he did change the medicine to another anti-inflammatory. but my other doctor had already told me that causes the same side effects. I was fine with the first medicine recommendation because he wouldn't know my issues with that. But when the second medicine of the same class has the same side effects, I thought that was something he should have realized before recommending it to me.

The entire team worked like a well oiled machine. Dr. Shou was very helpful and insightful. A big thank you to Dr. Sanfilippo for the referral!

The relief I got from the treatment from Dr. Shou is about 95% and the guidance and the orthotics have really helped me a lot. The cortisone shot has enabled me to live without pain, period.

The care that I received from Dr. Shou and his staff was excellent. Everybody was attentive and professional, and the care was much appreciated. My only negative, I have to say, is the amount of time that it took to call in. One day I waited on hold for 45 minutes for somebody to pick up the phone and answer. Dr. Shou and the man who did the initial review of my case were great. The first man had such a friendly and positive energy. I felt he listened to what I said. When Dr. Shou came in, I felt he was familiar with my case and clear about my treatment direction. He listened to me, answered my questions and didn't make me feel rushed.

This has to be the most efficient Virtua facility I have ever gone to. Upon arrival I was immediately checked in. The assistant came out in less than two minutes and I was escorted to the examination room. After listening to the reason I was there, Within 5 minutes I was having my x-rays done. After my x rays, within two minutes I was seen by the doctor and given my diagnosis and game plan to rectify my issue. I have My follow up in three weeks. Very well run and efficient facility with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The best medical experience I ever had in my life hands down.

After a career lifetime working in the medical field at John's Hopkins and Yale this visit sets the standard for poor care..lack of listening...complete lack of " care first for the patient."

Well, this was my first time seeing the doctor. So my opinion right now is pretty good. But in order for me to give you a good determination, I have to see him more than one time, him or her more than one time. So other than that, everything was all right. It was, everybody was very polite. The girls at the desk, the doctors, everybody was all right. Like I said, this is my first time seeing all three of the doctors that I see. I can't give you a good description of everything right away. So far, everything was good.

I had a shot in my foot for arthritis but it not help as much this time. It's not as nad but not great

I tried to make an appointment for two weeks and I was like 34th and 39th in the queue to get someone to answer my, to get an appointment. And then they said, you can leave your phone number and they'll call you back. I never got a call back. Um, finally, I went into the office and made an appointment because no one was calling me back. And after 2 weeks, I needed to see a doctor. Um, pretty bad, so you could definitely improve and get some more staff on your phone answering. Thank you.

My care was unacceptable and I have seeked a new doctor and I guess that's about it.

This facility is extremely knowledgeable.

I do not like these things brought in on my cell phone. The doctor spoke with me about my situation and that was what was necessarily done. I'd see him once a year, that's fine. He said what he thought, I said what I thought, and we finished.

When I tried to make an appointment over the phone, I was kept on hold for almost an hour and still did not connect with anybody to make an appointment. So I went in in person and got an appointment immediately. Other than that, that's the only issue I had with my appointment. Everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the service I received. And I would recommend them to everybody. but not to call to make an appointment, because that was absolutely ridiculous. Okay, thank you very much.

This facility is excellent. I started there for knee replacement and now needed a foot specialist for unrelated problem. Every visit has been prompt and efficient. Staff are always friendly.

I've seen doctor Shou a few times now, and his advice and his recommendation to go to a great physical therapy facility right near my home, and those therapists have been great!

Dr. Shou did not take the time to thoroughly explain anything. He walked out of the room in the middle of our conversation. Would not trust him to do any operation

My experience with the doctor and the actual staff was great. The phone wait time to get an appointment was absolutely ridiculous. I've been listening to the same excuse for the long wait times for a few years now. No, you did not recently change your phone system. Once you finally get through to a scheduler they are helpful but again wait times to get the is unacceptable.

The medical assistant to the Dr was personable & answered questions but Dr Shou doesn't have much bedside manners. I do understand he is an excellent surgeon but I didn't need surgery. I got a very complex ankle brace & found out later there are much easier ankle braces. We asked the technician if I could try to put the brace on myself to give me practice. Request was ignored. The exray technician & medical assistant were wonderful. The Dr and ankle brace tech not so great. When I asked when I should return the answer was "as needed". I guess my PT will give me that answer

I have been coming to this provider for length of time. Everytime I come I am always treated with respect and compassion. This is everyone from walking in door. The receptionist are great, tech, doctor and follows to checkout. Kudos to all. Virtua should be proud

I did not receive written instructions for my home care and I wish I had something to refer to. It would be helpful. I called with questions but did not receive return call.

He was not informative at all. His mannerism was that of angry man to busy to pay attention to someone whom came to him for a service. His after notes show a series of test an examinations that were not done! Very unprofessional person!

Dr. Shou is the best....he's what you want in a doc.....not very many like him....truly.

Scheduled an appointment through the call center a month prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the office had no record of it. The office staff spoke with Dr. Shou and were able to fit me in within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The RN told me it happens often and he suggested I schedule using My Chart as he checks it daily. Staff was great to do this for me. Thank you!

They all was very friendly

The assistant did a minimal exam. I had a fractured foot and she didn't even take off my socks to see the bruising and some of the things that she reported were not tested. The doctor spent literally three seconds with me which I did not feel was sufficient.

Dr. Shou was compassionate, persistent with helping me with my problem, and successfully helped me tremendously. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.
