The doctors are extremely knowledgeable on molecular structure and interactions during your breast.

A long time patient of Dr Fallon's, I was hesitant about changing physicians when Dr Fallon retired. Dr. Haenel, however, is fantastic! He made me feel comfortable and went through my history while also going through my Lab results. He was patient with my questions and made sure that he answered them all. I highly recommend him!

The doctor that I normally see, I have not seen in months. They will not tell you why or if he's coming back. The doctor that I had in place of is in a different state, so I really did not feel like I received the care that I would like to have and maybe gone and had a personal visit in the office. Still don't know what is happening.

Dr. Hanel is very friendly, very nice, very kind, and very helpful. I recommend him to everybody. He's just perfect.

Dr Haenel is very compassionate. He listens to my issues and addresses them. He has been a wonderful Endocrinologist and I am glad to have found him.

Very kind people in this telemedicine visit

We had a telemedicine visit, would prefer an in-person visit, but everything pretty much worked out okay. Again, I prefer in-person, but the telemedicine kind of fit my needs at that time.

I was happy with my visit Dr. Haenel. I wasn't sure what to expect since he was seeing me as my regular doctor is on leave. I could tell that he reviewed my records and was familiar with my health.

I've only had this one appointment with Dr. Haenel (I usually have Dr. [REDACTED] and I thought I had a very thorough and comprehensive discussion about my care. Thoughtful and nice doctor.

The doctor was great, but I think they forgot to put my prescription in. I only got the needles and I'm supposed to have cyanoclobalamin B12. So if somebody could take care of that, that would be great. But otherwise, the doctor was great. Just I guess there was some kind of mishap and it didn't get through the actual prescription.

I had a small amount of history with this provider and I always have considered him a person I would recommend. On the flip side it is tough(for me) to pick up with someone different after a lot of years but he did understand and was helpful. That said I don't like remote video medicine

I found it to be very unprofessional that describe continue to call me, sweetheart. I really think terms like that should be left in your personal life. It was condescending and unprofessional.

This was not my regular provider with Rowan. My regular provider is on leave. So this is based on a one-time experience. Dr. [REDACTED] himself would get 10s for everything.

The ladies in the office helped me tremendously! I had a hard time getting connected with Zoom. They were extremely patient and helpful.

Every visit has been a seamless experience.... I always have all my questions answered and am in possession of all paperwork that may be needed. The staff is kind and courteous. Their experience in their field has made me feel calm my treatment....

I want an in person appointment with Dr. [REDACTED] because he was the original Endocrinologist who I saw on 1-29-2025 and the doctor who ordered my labs to be done and the meds I was prescribed. Hire more staff to make appointments! Pay them better!!

I will not continue with this medical service as long as it is a zoom basis. The medical practitioner cannot provide an all service examination unless they perform it in person.

Dr was pinch hitting for my Dr of the last 23 years, so not an easy task, but he did extremely well given that backdrop.
