The check in area was vacant upon arrival .. there were 3 other patients also waiting to check in ..

I appreciated being put on a wait list and was quite happy to have my appointment moved up because of a cancellation.

It took 30 days to get the appointment after I got out of the hospital. I was hoping it would be sooner. I had a grand maul seizure and was very sick.

It took quite a while to finally get in to see this provider, as our appointment had been cancelled once and we had to wait again for a few months to get in to see the doctor. Once in, however, we were not rushed and he was very thorough in his examination.

It was very comfortable

First visit and was so happy with my care.

I was scheduled to see a female neurologist and then when I got in the room, a male doctor came in and then in the middle of our session, he says that he was more of a CSER doctor and that I would see him one more time before I got to see a neurologist and I didn't understand why I didn't see a neurologist right away.

Dr. Porreca is wonderful. He is an excellent clinician. He makes eye contact and really listents to his patienys. I trust him immensly.

It was our first time meeting Dr. Porreca and he was very professional, very intuitive, and very empathetic to our issues. And I did not feel rushed and was very happy to have him as the neurologist.

Dr. Porreca is very thorough, knowledgeable and congenial. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend Dr. Porreca to family, friends and the public at large.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The doctor did not look at my medical history before seeing me. I feel very bad about saying this but I will not return for any future appointments.

All information about my medical history and the tests were explained to me completely that were completed. Everything was done in detail and Everyone treated me with the utmost respect, from the person that checked me in all the way to the person that checked me out. And I would like to thank the team. A connection I bragged about to others. His knowledge, and patience, kindness gave me a comfort level so appreciated. So much time spent with me was all I could ask for as my neurologist. I HAD TO WALK TOO FAR TO THE OFFICE FROM THE PARKING LOT. I WALK WITH A WALKER. IT WAS DOWN THE HALL TO THE ELEVATOR TO THE 4th FLOOR DOWN AND AROUND THE SHORT HALLTO ANOTHER LONG HALLWAY DOWN TO THE VERY LAST OFFICE. THEN THEY SENT ME BACK TO SIGN IN ACROSS FROM THE ELEVATOR, THEN BACK AGAIN.

The MyChart for us is a mess. We get notifications to go to it but can't get in. It sends confirmation texts that come after the expiration time as an example. Some times when we finally get in it freezes in the middle of filling things out or kicks us off.

I was treated with the most respect everything was explained to me in great detail so that II could understand it. He made me feel very comfortable and not rushed thru the appointment at all

Dr. Porreca is wonderful both as a clinician and a person. I saw him after seeing 3 other neurologists and her by far was the best.

Dr. Porreca is an excellent physician. He goes beyond examining my neurological issues but has spoken with my PCP about my general care. He also consulted with another colleague and I now thanked 2 vitamins - Copper and Vitamin E inhopes of solving, or helping, regulate some other abnormal blood work. I feel very safe and well care for by him and his team
