What y'all did well was really like, I liked it the professionalness when I first came in. They said hello, good morning. I liked it how, you know, everything was just set out correctly. I liked it how the doctor listened and responded back and then she asked me questions and I respond back to her. I liked it that I felt comfortable there.

Dr. Bascelli is a great doctor. She always makes sure that I'm doing well and that I'm doing okay, always makes time to listen to me. She's just an overall wonderful physician.

There was a problem getting a hold of my medication. This was not necessarily the fault of Dr. Basically but the "system" does not provide for problems with the pharmacy. As a result I went for 3 days without medication due to problems with the communication between the pharmacy and the doctors office. As a result something needs to change!

My experience is always outstanding from start to finish, from the reception area to the nurse practitioner to the doctor. Everything is amazing. I had an amazing experience with this office. Often times I have been treated poorly due to the treatment I am on. From making the appointment on the phone all the way to the Dr. I seen. I was treated with respect and compassion. Everyone was so professional. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Dr Bascelli is the most caring, kind, patient Doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and gives advice. She truly cares about her patients. You can feel that she truly cares for her patients and no judgement is ever given by her or the staff. All the staff at the office is kind as well. You feel welcomed when you walk in the door!! Yes, I need to know why the bottom of my body is hurting so bad. I never gave it a needle, but it's like it's hurt and I'm falling and stumbling and I wasn't doing that before. Dr Bascelli is the most caring down to earth Dr Ive ever been treated by. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she shows how much she really cares. Hi. I think this medical professional, the MAP program, is always incredibly up to par. They always are greedy of the smile. They know who you are, make you feel like an individual, listen to you very deeply, and provide expertise at the best way possible. I think the whole crew is fantastic, and I really don't know how much more they can improve because they always seem to be completely on their game at all times and I love coming here. It feels like home but so professional and would recommend anyone in need to come here.
