My experience with Madeline Severance was absolutely terrible. I am in the process of scheduling an appointment with a Cardiologist with a different hospital system. This provider was not receptive to conversation regarding my care. I felt as though she looked at me, saw my age and the fact that I am in good shape and not overweight and formed an opinion without taking my symptoms into consideration. She refused to order a stress test for me and only had a Holter monitor put on because my wife insisted. I left the appointment with more questions than answers. She was not an empathetic or compassionate care provider.

Everyone in the office was attentive and helpful. This was my first appointment with the team and I will certainly continue to use them for care. It was helpful that most services were available in the office (breathing test and a member of the team [nurse I believe] who specialized in allergy/venom shots) and could see me during the appointment. The services not offered in the office (phlebotomy and RX) were quick and easy to access.

Madeline was answering all my questions. She advised what I had to be doing all week, keeping tabs on my weight and blood pressure. She also went over dos and don'ts.

Maddie is a great physicians assistant. She listens to me and gives me options and helped me to decide on my treatment. She was very sweet. It was a good visit with her.

This was my first appointment with this Healthcare provider. Everything was very positive with the interaction.

The np I had and all the staff was great. I am very happy with my cardiologist and all the staff at Woodbury
