The MRI instructions (contrast, no contrast) were not clear, so when I finally got to the scheduler the appointment could not be made. When I tried to get it clarified, the office didn't know who wrote the order! Ridiculous!

The medical assistant who greeted me was very friendly. She treated me with great kindness and concern for my condition. She listened attentively, and I am definitely satisfied with the service she provided.
