Dr. listened intently to what I had to say. It was a good exchange.

I will be writing a letter of complaint by early next week. From a sexist joke , to insulting me by asking if I knew what a word meant, to clearly not having read my file to suggesting that knee replacement was good for his business I left confused, angry, insulted. I Had to read the notes on My Chart to get an idea of what DrPorat 's diagnosis is. There are some procedural issues that need to be corrected in the notes as well as a suggestion that I seek a Treatment for osteoporosis that I have already had.... And finally, he took Out his phone and checked the time as if to signal to me that he'd spent enough time on my issues. And I had to ask For an info packet.

ALL THAT I HAVE SEEN ARE ALWAYS GREAT PEOPLE!

We liked Dr. Porat and trust him with my care. He has good bedside manners, not just medical knowledge.

The staff at the desk is always very kind and friendly as well as the Dr. Everyone is always pleasant

Doctor manny perrant seem like a decent doctor compared to a lot of them.I've been to I like the way he explained what he would do to me.As far as a revision and how it would be different from the one I had.I hope this one works.I'm not planning on getting it done till four.But he seemed to listen and understand where I was coming from

All the staff. Except the checkout staff were all professional and helpful. The checkout staff was having a conversation amongst themselves while I waited to check out. When I was called the person seemed to have a negative attitude like I was interrupting her day. This certainly not the professionalism I displayed when I worked for Virtua!

Doctor Porat listened to my concern then offered treatment options, discussed potential outcomes and allowed me to choose an option. Doctor injected my knee.

Dr Porat has been a part of my life as well as my wife's care for a while. Now we respect him and feel well taking care of whether it's a knee a hip problem or whatever he's a great doctor.

The doctor made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be using him from now on and definitely a great opportunity. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with my attending, but I also neglected to give instructions as to how I should carry on when I got home, and I didn't know that I should have rested my leg or my knee, and I did not, and so I'm still having some pain. The office runs like a clock; no long wait to be seen. X-rays done quickly. Dr Porat is a chill, exceedingly brilliant surgeon. I have recommended him to several friends.

Hi, I just wanted to make mention, although you all should know what a wonderful and cool dude Dr. Porat is. I've been seeing other providers for a number of years, but never really felt this comfortable. I think just based on our conversation, I've just about made up my mind that I'm going to go ahead with a procedure that I very, very much need, but was reluctant to get done. But I'm glad he would be the surgeon to perform it.

Dr. Porat is terrific. He takes the time to explain everything & answer any questions the patient has, without rushing you.

This appointment was my one year follow up. I made the appointment with [REDACTED]. She made all of my appoints , from the appointment for my surgery, to two weeks , and one month check ups, and the one year follow up appointments. She has Been kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable during the entire process. The staffs at the reception desk , the radiology team were kind and caring- they all represented Virtua well. I have not seen Dr Porat since my one month check up after the surgery. He attentively listened to what my year after surgery had been, and patiently explained my x-ray results to me. Dr Porat is caring , thoughtful, and professional. I am almost sorry that I don't have to see him anymore unless have any issues in the future...my family and I appreciate and most grateful to Dr Porat's great work and care. We recommend Dr Porat and his entire team Highly!

I felt like it was a business transaction rather than a medical experience. Dr Porat would point to the poster above his head ( hip replacement poster) stating this is the product he would put in my hip not once but three times and we should schedule a hip replacement surgery. My daughter went with me and she felt the same way I did. No bedside manner. Staff through were wonderful. I left there feeling very low.

All the staff from the front desk to the physician were courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Porat explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I felt very relieved and extremely comfortable with the genuine care. Thank you.

I was surprised when I saw the doctor because for the issue that I had, which I thought was related to bones and he's orthopedic, whatever, he said, this is not my category. And I was really surprised and he just told me to go to a spinal doctor. So I was very surprised at that.

It went very smoothly

He took his time and explained to me the situation and how in-depth it was, and what I needed to do to accomplish my goal, and what medication would work for me, and what medication would not work for me. He was very courteous. The staff was very nice. There was a minimum wage. It was a timely fashion. I just felt at home and secure and safe. I will always come back and recommend anybody to them.

I would prefer to have my questions answered with a definitive answer. For example, I asked about problems. Dr. Porat's answer was he has seen it all. I wanted to know specifically what can happen and how he handles any issues. I asked about pretesting and he told me his scheduler would discuss that with me. I wanted to know what was required. He doesn't seem to take my questions seriously. I asked how many hips he has replaced and his answer was he stopped counting. I'm not sure that I want him to do my surgery.

Dr Porat understood my problem and provided me with the solution as welll as pertinent information on pre and post surgery. Excellent file package.

Virtua Reconstructed Orthopedics is my favorite medical environment; the support staff up front are efficient and pleasant. The PAs, Nurse Practitioners, medical assistants, Xray and all other technicians are thorough and always make procedures go smoothly. My surgeon, Dr Manny Porat is brilliant, chill, and spends more than "adequate time" with me. I always leave with a smile and a great mood, and frequently recommend the practice to others.

Dr seemed rushed and asked me what did I want him to do after reviewing my xrays. After taking time to personally review the x rays and the Dr's summary, I would like the Doctor to provide a script for physical therapy to help strengthen the muscle around my left hip and knee and help me learn how to stretch to avoid sports (golf) related injuries.

The staff members were helpful but not overly friendly.

I felt very comfortable, not nervous.
