At checkin I had a billing issue I wanted to resolve due to being billed for seeing a nutritionist and wanted the copay to switch to the doctor visit. The staff seemed to not know how to do it and told me to skip paying for now and deal with it when I get billed.

I have been encountering numerous physicians from different specialties recently and I can say with the utmost confidence that Dr.Stezzi is by far one of the best I've encountered. He listened to concerns and answered all questions appropriately. He was also very compassionate with the situation at hand and did not downplay any results.

I came to him for help with my thyroid and that I am having profuse muscle pain. I have PCOS and it's all endocrinology related. He told me if the bloodwork comes back positive to not worry, he would help me figure it out. Well, now that I got the blood work back and everything's normal he's telling me he can't help me and to just go to my primary. Nothing like feeling completely abandoned with care.

First time seeing an endocrinologist ; Dr Stezzi did a great job of reviewing with me what in my lab work my primary care nurse may have warranted my appointment. I felt assured that we are on the same wavelength re: medical treatment, if any seems advisable in future.
