I did ask if I should have an ekg as my first Medicare visit and the fact I was a female. Provider said only if I was having chest pain or problems. My concern is females have very different symptoms and even though I have none I wonder about this

Great experience all the way around. Dr. McCleary listened to my concerns and offered me a plan with the beginning of osteoporosis.

My video worked regularly and during the test but for some odd reason did not work during appt. All worked on doctors end.

Always a pleasant experience. I used to dred doctors appointments, but Dr.McCleary ease and manner actually make me look forward to the visit. He truly listens, never do I feel rushed or like a burden. So happy I found him and this office.

I've been seeing Dr. McCleary for two years now as a new doctor since my last doctor retired. And he seems to listen to my concerns and gets back to me right away when I send a message via MyChart. And so far, everything that I have requested has been provided by him.

The front desk people have to do a better job of being more welcoming. I was late because of a meeting that was called and ran over and they were very curt and short with me and were not willing to see me until Dr. McCleary approved to see me after never having been late for an appointment before and doing everything that I was supposed to. I just felt like that was something that really needed to be, you know, just a little bit better and they needed to treat me a little bit better.

Everything was good. The nurse was very professional and Dr. Mccleary was great.

I was told my bill would be 50% off which prompted me to pay out of pocket. I was shown a chart and half of what I had to pay was $75. After I saw the doctor, which was for 2 minutes, which he didn't observe anything, I was told the bill would be $300 dollars. I reached out to billing but continued to get disconnected. I will be contacting my lawyer because the Admin lied and the doctor didn't even perform the physical. Literally was done in one minute.

Yeah, too many calls. One or two reminders is fine. Five or six is ridiculous.

The doctor was great even the call before meeting with the doctor was great, but the website was very confusing. The video called did not work very well either I couldn't hear him or he couldn't see me and it didn't matter if I was on my phone or on the computer. There was a lot of technical issues to the point where the doctor just called me and we just had a normal conversation over the phone.

This was my first visit with this group. The staff was very welcoming and Dr McCleary was very attentive to hearing and understanding my medical history. I felt very comfortable with Doc and the staff .

This visit was preliminary to assess the pains and disabilities I was having with my right leg. The doctor asked great questions and provided scripts for medications and therapy needed. Improvement was seen in just two days with what was prescribed.

No waiting for my appointment. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, professional and friendly. Highly recommended this office.

They didn't know that a yearly physical was covered by my Aetna plan. It is not a Medicare covered physical.

It's not often one can say they enjoyed a visit to the Dr. from the moment I scheduled my visit, where the intake nurse heard why I needed to see a physician (poison Ivy) and said we need to get you in asap! I was scheduled the next morning!! The office staff was cordial and very professional and so was the physician. It was a great visit!!

My wait in the lobby was only a few minutes, my waited for the doctor was only a few minutes, my ANNUAL exam took less time. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I haven't been to the doctors in years, first time I ever met this gentleman, had no knowledge of me. Checked vitals and told me to get bloodwork. I'm 50, I would assume there is more to it the older I get.

Was welcome when I arrived, and was seen in a timely manner. All staff were friendly. I had a good visit.

It is a good experience when I go to see Dr. McCleary. I am pretty much seen on time or very close to my appointment time, the office and staff is great, and Dr. McCleary is thorough.
