I was totally pleased with my 1st visit! Keep up the good work! I have had some doctors in the last couple of years who were uncaring and horrible!! How wonderful to meet a personable, caring and knowledgeable professional!! Truly a breath of freah air for me!

This was the first time I saw Dr. Harwood and he was nice enough, but I was disappointed that he didn't follow up on providing at home exercises that he had mentioned before I left my appointment. I also had a very disturbing interaction with one of your staff members which I plan on following up on. I found her highly unprofessional and argumentative.

Dr. Harwood was great. Although I did not need to take any actions during this visit, he provided me with my options, was very considerate of my condition and made sure to know that he was available if anything changed. Great doctor and very nice person.

And when he transferred to your facility in New Jersey, both me and my girlfriend followed him for his expertise and kindness and a good bedside manner. He's a wonderful doctor and continue to employ him and we're glad we visited with him and my pain that I complained of has subsided just a week after our visit. So thank you very much.

The phone system was terrible trying to get a hold of somebody. I was on hold for about 32 minutes, but when I finally got on the phone with them, they were exceptional. When my son went to his appointment, they were very pleasant. The doctor was great. Everything was great. It was just the phone system was an issue.

The doctor was very good, took care of me. I enjoyed meeting him. I would recommend him to anybody. I already have recommended him to one of my friends. And I have another 12 appointments scheduled with him, and I'm very pleased with him.

I was unaware with my first visit that Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedic has several locations and found Moorestown location is more convenient and closer to my home. It was busy at this location, yet I was seen at my appointed time. Everyone was friendly and courteous including the doctor I met for the first time, Dr. Marc Harwood. I felt comfortable in his care and scheduled a follow up with him. I "highly" recommend this orthopedic group.

Hello, Dr. Harwood was exceptional as always, professional, very caring, very kind, made me feel comfortable, talked about not me just as a patient, but me as a person, how my family was, very good patient experience. When I called in to make the appointment as a new patient with Virtual Health, The scheduling person was able to get me in on the same day I called, and that was awesome. She was very nice, very kind, and very gracious, and provided really good information. So I had a wonderful experience in virtual health, and as a new patient in virtual health, I was very happy with the service I received, even also when I did the check-in, and then also with the nurse who also Hi, Dad.

Dr. Harwood took the time to explain what was being seen on my imaging. He did not pressure me for any type of procedure that I was not ready for. He gave me the care that I came requesting, and I was very satisfied with the care I received.

The provider, Marc Harwood, was absolutely outstanding. He explained everything in detail. He even drew a picture. So I would rate him 10 out of 10 outstanding physician. Also, I wanted to give a shout out to the call center, which usually get beat up. But anyway, the lady that I spoke with was efficient, quick, she understood, and she was very caring. And she also got me an appointment within a couple of days. So I don't know her name, but she was very good. I'm sure my call was recorded. Thank you.

When I arrived for my appointment, for the first time at this office, I was treated like a familiar face. In less than an hour, I was seen, evaluated, treated, scheduled for a follow-up appointment, and sent on my way in much less pain than when I arrived. I've had a number of visits with Virtua Orthopedics in 2025, in both Moorestown and Cherry Hill, but they've all been pleasant and helpful!

My entire visit was wonderful! [REDACTED] was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. She checked me in and also checked me out. [REDACTED] greeted me, took me back to office and gathered some info on me. He was also extremely pleasant and personable! Then [REDACTED] did my X-Rays. She was soooo nice and very easy to understand. When I got back to the office Dr. Harwood came in with a big smile on his face and welcomed me back as I saw him 1 1/2 yrs ago. He listened to my problem, examined me then gave his diagnosis along with his recommendations. I felt very comfortable and was not rushed at all. He is definitely a top-notch doctor with a wonderful staff!

Dr Harwood was great. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor that I've ever met!! He was very. Professional also. Loved my visit and will request to see him when I need another shot!

After the Dr shook my hand, he Wiped his Hand on His Pants right in front of my face! How do you expect me to have or feel that he has the well being of his patients or hold some type of bias when he greets certain groups of people. I would have felt better if he just washed his hands! He even referred to Malcom X while describing the various methods or ways I could implement to get a more restful sleep. I feel this physician needs sensitivity training asap!!!
