Yes, I would like to say that Dr. Duca is one of the best doctors. But recently to get in touch with her, I had difficulty. I heard there was a change in the line. I heard the phone system, but I left messages and I left emails and I left things on the portals. and I could not get in touch with her. And the only way I can get in touch with her is to leave the message on the night doctor. But please, it was a, she's an excellent doctor. I really wish that people would just correct the system and correct the, I hate to even say it, but it was really very ?

That is especially a turn-off when you are greeting patients who enter your facility and their first encounter was so negative. They were just not friendly.

The nurse who took my BP didn't listen to my concerns about taking it. First time ever I had a negative vibe from a nurse. Way too sure of herself and didn't successfully get my BP

Dr. Duca took care of my husband. As a result of her care and concern, I was very impressed with her as a doctor and person. When it came time to her my own Cardias care, she was my personal choice as my physician. She had been interview for that job without knowing! Excellent at what she does!

I was mortified in the waiting room for another patient. A nurse/assistant came out to talk to her about getting MiraLAX to clean her out quite openly. The patient was then asking questions. They had a lengthy discussion with details. She then left to consult with the doctor and came back talking about it openly again for all to here. The waiting room was quite packed. Finally she offered to bring her in the back. People were shaking their heads. Not very private.

As usual, it was a good experience.

Every single visit, there is a LONG WAIT TIME in the waiting room, TO BE TAKEN BACK and also for THE VISIT TO START. In addition, you are told to arrive 15 minutes early for your visit and I always seem to get a late afternoon visit.
