The office is always clean and neat. Every staff person is kind from the ladies who greet you and check you in to the doctors nurse/medical assistant to the physician! This is truly a wonderful practice!

I am grateful for people who listen.

Dr. Sarmento is always on time , u never have to wait . She is very kind and really tries to help any situation I may have n I appreciate that.

My daughter who is handicapped and I trust Dr Sarmento and her staff totally. We are always at ease and know she will provide the best care possible for us. I would have to look for another Dr if she ever left.

My primary is excellent, she knows my situation very well, and is more than happy to find solutions and care for health concerns. I am very pleased with her. The staff is well too.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and hellos. The nurse who did my vitals was personable, friendly and caring. She put me at ease and was wonderful. The doctor was so nice. She listened, she was informative and caring. I had to change primary doctors because my office closed, and now I'm convinced it was meant to be. So thrilled with my experience. Going to the doctors might not be so anxiety inducing from now on. 10 out of 10!

I have been going to this office for many years my first doctor I really liked but she left the practice then I was assigned another doctor which I see now at first I was very apprehensive about seeing her but I have began to like her she is very professional and knowledgeable about my care and listens to my concerns and acts accordingly to get the results needed for my care

Dr Sarmento resigned to all of my concerns as well as inquires of her own.A new med was sent to CVS for the entire year. Although all my appointments are good this was the best due to my age and condition.

My experience with Dr. Sarmento-Leite didn't go quite as I expected. This was my first new patient appointment at this practice. I was interested when I learned it was strictly for women. The doctor seemed very cold and uninterested in my medical history. The appointment maybe lasted 15-20 minutes. As a new patient I would expect a doctor to spend more time being thorough. I most likely will not be returning to the office as I am looking for a physician that is interested in my well-being.

This office always runs on time, but this appointment was exceptional. I arrived 30 mins early expecting to read my book and I didn't even make it a full page before being called back. I was in and out before my scheduled time, but never felt rushed!

I have to mention that the front desk and check out staff are wonderful. They were very pleasant and helpful. I had another appointment in the same office two hours later and they made sure I could be seen without having to come back later. They are always the same whenever I go to the office.

I had a late evening appointment and everyone was still very friendly and helpful right from check in. Dr. Sarmento-Leite always asks multiple times if I need anything at all. Great office!

It's so refreshing to go where it's only women. There's no need to over explain myself, they get it. My doctor knows my history and asks the right questions. She always listens to me and offers solutions that I'm comfortable with. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

I am really concerned that I really wasn't listened to when I said that I had an energy drink before coming in for my appointment. I consumed the energy drink because I had taken medication for anxiety before my flight to return home from Georgia the day before. Therefore I knew that my blood pressure would be elevated as energy drinks often do cause this. I was asked to monitor my blood pressure daily and if it continued to be elevated to let the doctor know. I do not consume energy drinks on a daily basis. Therefore, I am not going to monitor my blood pressure on a daily basis. That is absolutely absurd. I was not listened to. I was not trusted. and I was not heard.

It was my first visit so trying to get to know Dr Leite.

This was an "emergency " visit. I had a rash on my leg and called that morning and spoke with the triage nurse. She said I needed to be seen and scheduled an appointment. It was diagnosed immediately and needed no further treatment. Extremely pleased with the care I received.

I actually have recommended this practice and this provider. My daughter is now a patient here and I'm comfortable with that.

Dr Sarmento-Leite is extremely kind and listens to all my concerns. The nurses were excellent. I did not know if I would adjust well to someone new after Dr [REDACTED] left but she is wonderful also

Um, the doctor, she was an excellent doctor. I think one of my answers, the first one I misunderstood, but she gets a five star for me, a 10 star for me. She's very, and she's the first doctor I ever seen to come on the, um, telecom one time, a hundred percent. So, um, great, great doctor, beautiful person, beautiful heart, does her job very well. And, uh, that'll be all.

Providers did not do a complete physical exam and when I mentioned a specific problem, the provider didn't even assess it. Just ordered studies. I expect better from my primary care provider and I greatly miss Dr. L!!

I will not be returning for care under the provider. I will be finding someone else. She came in, walked right past me didn't even look at me. I felt like I was a bother to her as soon as she stepped in the room. I don't feel that warm welcoming feeling from her. She prescribed me a THIRED antidepressants for me to be on. Didn't really want to go that route. I will not be taking it. She asked me 5x "do you have any more questions" I felt like I had to say no each time she asked because again, I felt like a bother to her. Do not recommend her.

I always have a good experience with Virtua. Everyone is friendly. Yes Dr. Sarmento listens and yes I would recommend her to family and friends. As a matter of fact, she is the PCP for my sisters and my daughter and we all think she's good.

The entire staff was excellent. The MA, sorry I don't remember her name, was fabulous. Friendly, kind, welcoming and explained everything she did. A very nice office
