Mark was professional and caring. Asked me if i had any questions about my procedure before he began. And my shot was quick and painless.

Everyone was helpful and caring. I only had one bad experience that involved something unrelated to regular care. Someone parked over the line and I couldn't not get in my car. This was in the handicapped section. I came back inand said something, but no one of the staff offered help. It actually took two very nice men in the waiting room to help me.

Most of the staff were very nice, a couple of the nurses during the night were a bit uncaring.

I loved the woman at the front desk and Mark involved me in the decision that we made.

Mark was very efficient and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. He explained everything in detail. He even showed me my x-rays from last year compared to my current x-ray. He was very helpful. He is an excellent technician.

Very happy with my visit and his care

I have had these knee injections several times in the past and never experienced the terrible pain I did this time. Four days since the injections and my right knee hurts worse than it did before the injections. Also, I was given wrong information as to the possibility of alternative procedures. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my visit at the moorestown office.

Mark was very thorough with explaining my plan of care with me. He listened intently and answered whatever questions I had.

I must tell you that Mark was the best that I have had at your facility. He listened to me. He understood what I was talking about. I am thinking of for my next appointment requesting him if I'm allowed to do that. I think Mark is very well educated and treats people with respect, knows how to talk to people and makes them heard. I was anxious & scared. Mark treated me well, was able to keep me calm & provide reassurance that what I was experiencing was a normal occurrence. The pain after a TKR can be a lot. But when you know nothing's wrong, it puts your mind at ease. Mark was an angel.

The appointment was very rushed, lack of compassion and very " matter of fact "this was the first time in since I started this pre op journey with my total hip replacement.

Mark layton, the PA, was excellent, he addressed all of my concerns.

I sent a MyChart note leading up to my preop visit with specific concerns about my bloodwork results. I asked that the PA be prepared to discuss. During the visit, he had to Google the test results after admitting "I haven't discussed this test since PA school." I did not feel Mr Layton had the medical knowledge to appropriately address my concerns.

Provider clearly explained the details of my pending surgery, welcomed my questions and patiently answered them.
