Dr. Roccato was very warm, attentive, paid very close attention to detail, engaged with me, put my fears to rest, made me feel seen and heard, and just, it was just a fabulous experience for something that could have been scary or even embarrassing. The staff at check in check out are friendly and professional. The MA for Dr Roccato is also very friendly and professional. Dr Roccato listens and takes her time and explains treatment plan etc. I didn't know feel rushed.

Yes, I wanted to thank her staff and even her for a wonderful experience. This is my first time meeting her and even coming into the facility. The first person that I was greeted by and very warmly welcomed was the receptionist there. I cannot think of her name, but she was very, very nice. And then I actually got to meet Mary, the doctor. And she was very patient. She went over things with me. She just suggested things to me. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone in Virtua!! The entire staff, from the receptionists at the front desk, the nurses, and the Dr. Everyone was wonderful, as per usual.

From the front desk girl, I actually gave her extra money that I didn't realize. She was very honest and gave it back. Also very friendly. The nurse was very friendly and took her time with me. Everyone in your practice has gone out of their way to be helpful. I tried for a couple of weeks to find a doctor to help me with no luck. The women that answered your phone went out of her way to help. Plus everyone that works in your building were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Roccato actually listened to me. I finally felt heard! You should be proud of all of your staff.

The office staff did not do all the work that we're supposed to do to find the answers from my cardiologist and scheduled me on time. That's all. I have some issues. Otherwise, doctor herself is the best doctor.

The building is not user friendly. They need more signs! There was no one at the front security desk and with the long hallways and barely any signs or arrows it's hard to find the right office.

Finally, felt like I wasn't a number or just the next appointment. I felt like a person/individual with questions and concerns. All which were answered...with the door WIDE open to ask more. If you're going through something scary...these people are AMAZING. Everything, from giving an understandable explanation...to just holding your hand. Again, treated like a PERSON...not a number.

Dr. Roccato was very good with seeking out my issues and checking on my medical procedures. She responded quickly after seeing results of my cat scan immediately said for me to be admitted to the hospital. She was great!
