Receptionists weren't informed (or trained) enough to provide last name of the Surgeon Assistant I was seeing for Pre-surgery. Said they "weren't allowed" to give last names. Pointed to their name tags & said "everyone is known only by their first names". I said as a patient I had The Right to Know the full name of the Professional I was seeing. The response I got was that it was up to them to decide IF they wanted to give it to me! Seriously? If this is the Policy I find it, Unsettling! If not, then the Receptionist need Training!

This group is the best I've ever had when it comes to care and I believe in them wholeheartedly

I came to you the day after I went to Rothman Urgent Care....I did not enjoy the experience.....your PA was incredible! Extremely thorough....and genuinely cared about my condition! A great guy in general. Also, the physical tests for range of movement were NOT done at Rothman. He also set me up for a return appointment to check on my progress. Would definitely recommend!

Hello, my name is [REDACTED]. I have to say that the doctor who was waiting on me, who attended to me, was very knowledgeable, very professional. He listened to everything I said, very patient. I'll be honest, I wish all physicians was as nice as this doctor. Very patient. I've had some physicians in the past, not even five minutes I'm with them, they're out the door. I don't like that. This particular position was not like that at all. Yeah, I give them an A+. Thank you.
