Dr. Gordon was extremely knowledgeable, very, very pleasant to speak with, put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and again, very knowledgeable about the issues I'm facing.

I was allowed to come in to an appointment that I had scheduled and when I was at the appointment, when I got to check in, they notified me that I had come in and they did not have my results tested yet. I would have to reschedule and come back. I came back because somebody called me and said that my appointment needed to be made at ASAP because the doctor needed this oxygen. It was urgent. When I got there, I was there for five minutes and it could have been a telecall instead of an in-person call. I wound up having to take a day off of work for a five-minute appointment of just needing to check in.

Dr. Gordon always knows how to get me well and to keep me well and to keep my lungs open and free of any rattles or anything. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Gordon.

Even though we had technical difficulties,I could hear him but he couldn't hear me. The girl checked my equipment before the visit and said everything was fine on my end. He immediately hung up and continued the visit by calling me back via phone and the visit went smoothly. He is an excellent Dr and very compassionate which means a lot in my final stages of Alpha 1. Would definitely recommend him to anyone

The Doctor I had was very rude with the answer to my vaccination status. He asked if I like living because I did not have a coronavirus vaccine. So I switched Doctors. He should respect patients choices. I could see trying to convince me but not disrespect my choice

I first had testing and the tech and staff were wonderful. They then were able to have me see the doctor earlier than my scheduled appointment so I did not have to wait for at least an hour. The nurse and doctor are the best as well as the testing tech. Thanks to all for taking care of me so professionally and wonderfully.

first time meeting the doctor and found him very sincere and look forward to him for further vists on my health issue.

They included a blood pressure and blood oxygen reading but no one took my blood pressure or did a finger test for blood oxygen!

Dr Gordon thinks outside of the block. I am a severe asthmatic and he always knows what type of treatment I need to get out of the asthma attack. Highly recommend.

Your scheduling people should be more honest with why your equipments comes late and when they can rescheule your next delivery!
