The staff was very friendly and understanding.

The doctor and his assistant were great. They were great people. They were kind. They were knowledgeable. But my issue came in with the secretaries at the front desk. They were not friendly. They were not warm. They were not welcoming. And when I just went ahead and told them that I didn't want to come back here, they got even colder than they were before. They were actually rude to me. Yeah, they were treating me like a child who didn't know how to decide for myself which office I wanted to be seen at. And I didn't appreciate that. But like I said, the doctors were great.

I felt very comfortable with Dr Brant and his interventions gave me pain relief. He is very knowledgeable and practical.

Everyone was so nice and the waiting period in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes.

I was hesitant to start over with a new foot Dr however I knew it was necessary. I've known my previous provider since we went to elementary school together. I always question after the fact, do I have another appointment with this doctor? And no one seems to be able to let me know that. So while I did see him, I don't know whether I have another appointment with him. And it would be nice if I knew that. Thank you.

I inquired about getting a new Richie brace ( I had two from Dr. Brant's office in the past) and Dr. Brant told me that since Virtua took over Reconstrutive Orthopedics, he can no longer do DME so I would need to go to someone else but he would give me the script. I was disappointed to hear this as I do well with the brace from Dr. Brant's office. I liked it better when Dr. Brant was working for Reconstructive Orthopedics but I realize that almost all practices are being bought out by hospital systems or must be part of a hospital system; so sad what is happening to health care in this country!

Dr. Brant is awesome. I've seen him several times, his staff and Matthew, and they're just really, really good. They take the time, they're friendly, they smile, and they listen to me. And so far, so good. I'm really happy with them and would be happy to recommend them. And have a good day, bye.

Loooooong wait before treatment

The doctor even remembered me from a visit 2 years before. That recognition impressed me. I was treated well then and now. I shall be continuing my treatment with Orthopedic Reconstruction and recommending the practice to others as I already have.

I saw Dr. Brant for foot and ankle pain. He suggested a cortisone shot in my large toe and stretching exercises for my achilles tendon. I can walk now nearly pain free. Thank you so much Dr. Matthew Brant!

It took me almost 3 hours to get an appointment with this physician. He was not listed online available for appointments the Front Desk people could've been friendlier.

I hate the telephone system to get an appt. It is long and frustrating! Your telephone answering system is horrible! It is so frustrating that I ended up driving to the office to make an appt in person. The staff in the office agree that the phone system is awful but despite complaining to Virtua it remains the same. My visit with the doctor was fine but your phone system is more an advertisement than an attempt to understand the reason for the call. It is frustrating and inflexible PLeASE, let humans answers the phones.

I have been very pleased with the team at Virtual Reconstructive Orthopedics and specifically with Dr. Brandt and his physician assistant. The only drawback that I would share would be the ongoing pain that I have been experiencing which I do believe is probably related to a setback that I personally had with pulmonary embolism about three weeks after my surgery. I am still struggling with pain management. I am going to physical therapy. Dr. Brandt is aware and I do feel like he has been an incredible physician. I would highly recommend him and I have highly recommended him to several of my own colleagues as well.

The only problem I had in that office, everybody else is usually very nice. The lady at the checkout, when I checked out with him that day, was a little rude, letting me know that there was a person in front of me which I could see, but she was over further in front of another desk, so I thought the other person had walked away to get something and would be back. So I stepped up in front of this lady and she kind of rudely said, she's in front of you, you know, like that. And I said, okay. She's like, you can go sit down and wait until she's done. Okay. So that's the only person, whoever was checking us out that day should be on my paperwork. I'm assuming, I'm not sure on his paperwork. So yeah, everybody else, the doctor, he was great person pulling

My office experience was fine from reception through the process of being the physician, x-ray, etc. The frustration I had in trying to make a contact on the phone to schedule an appointment was extremely annoying

He was very nice and caring.

The doctor's office is phenomenal. I've used them for a while now. They're all great people. They know me. They know what I need. They're really easy to deal with. The only thing I would say is that the virtual phone system, when I look up the doctor's number, it gives me three different, I had to call one lady who transferred me to a different lady who transferred me to a different part. And it's 45 minutes just to get a call back for somebody to transfer from me to the doctor's office to talk to them to schedule appointment. That's where virtual needs to improve. There's not very a clear number. Like I cannot call the doctor's office and schedule an appointment. I have to call a whatever number and get transferred three times to get to the doctor's office.

When a patient (me) calls and says that she can't put her heel down to walk , they should be given an the opportunity to see another provider at another site.I requested to go to different Dr. sooner and was told that I couldn't switch Dr. I had to limp & hop around for 2 weeks for the soonest appointment . This is a terrible policy.What if something terrible was wrong and I waited too long?

Dr Brant was great. Only problem was I had to stop in office to make appt. 2 days tried calling and on phone over an hr each day with no answer. Second day was hung up on at 5pm sharp. People in office were awesome and I made an appt immediately.

I am having some problems with the areas treated. Alot of pain in arm from a different Dr. But also a lot of pain in my ankle joint from shot. It has never happened before.

Everybody that I came in contact with was very respectful. I enjoyed their taking the time and not feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend them.

I have an extremely high level of anxiety when it comes to medical procedures. Dr. Brant (and team) provided great care every step of the way. He offered me options to consider and I made my choice to receive reconstructive surgery. I'm not overly confident I would have gotten through it all without their expertise and bedside manner. I can't thank Dr. Brant (and team) enough. I've never had an injury this severe before and it was not an easy for me to choose reconstructive surgery, even though I knew it was the best option. But they're so good at what they do, which made it easier than I ever thought it could be. Dr. Brant, along with the medical partners in his office and the surgical center, are all premium level professionals. Thanks to all of you...I'm humbled and grateful.

Dr Brant was very professional & nice. He is sending me to Physical Therapy. Office staff is also very nice. But they are not be kept up to date about paperwork & $35 billing issues to fwd a copy to my Podiatrist who was treating me prior to this & wanted to be told what Dr Brant thought. I called yesterday & spoke with a [REDACTED] who was totally clueless. I called back & asked to speak to a supervisor & they put me through to a lady that was out of the office from March til May 1st & said "not to leave any messages in this mailbox, because it will not be getting checked". I was like 'WOW"! Then I called back & asked for the Billing supervisor, [REDACTED] I was told, & got her voice mail. I am awaiting a call back to stop the paper work from going to the 3rd party due to me possibly being charged $35 to send it to my Podiatrist. Unbelievable & this was my 1st visit. Hope it gets resolved because I really felt comfortable with the Dr & Staff.

I am still facing and still experiencing the same symptoms as when I originally went in, regardless of the care treatment that I was given from. I don't feel the origin of the injury was addressed, and I drove out there for specific imaging that I was not given. Everything that I received from your Sewell location, I could have received from the Malaca Hill location. However, saying that, the Malaca Hill location was much more attentive and detailed in their breakdown of what they could diagnose based upon the x-rays, and recommended me to the Sewell location for an MRI because they did see calcification in my growth rate of my foot and saw that there was significant pain and swelling to my foot.
