This office is always very friendly and efficient.

My appt was originally scheduled for 3pm. They changed my appt without my knowledge to earlier in the day. Thankfully I was notified via my chart 2hrs prior to new appt time or else I wouldn't have known. When I got to the office, they did show in their records that someone called and advised me of time change and received my consent...NOT TRUE. Also, I had called the day before my appt and left message with answering service because the office wasn't available. No one called ne back. I called the day of my appt when I saw the time changed and called office. Answering service said office not available and took message. When I came in for appt I was told the answering service wasn't turned off for that morning as well as the day before. Unacceptable customer service.

Dr Puc put me at ease right away . He was kind and compassionate . He was very informative and went in detail so that I would understand his approach to my treatment. HIs assistant was also very helpful and patient.

The doctor explained everything so I could understand. All employees were very nice and helpful.
