Thorough

This was my first time seeing Dr Matthew Orwitz as I had to change the provider who was treating me for the past six years. I was very nervous about changing provider for my diagnosis. I was very pleased with Dr. Orwitz. He was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis, my medication's, did a complete physical and had wonderful bedside manner, For my first time there, I felt very comfortable and I do trust him and I'm very happy that I was referred to him. I will continue to have him as my provider. He was wonderful!

He took his time with me

The staff from check-in until visit was very friendly, courteous, and very mindful of my time. Upon meeting the doctor, I was able to have a very honest conversation with him where he took my concerns about my care very seriously. And I respected the fact that he was educated in the field and took my concerns into consideration. We worked on a plan together and he was very, very informative, very patient, and very commendable to be approachable with my concerns. So he worked with me instead of, you know, just suggesting certain things. He took everything that I had to say into consideration, which was really respectable.

I thought the one question was unfair as to whether the provider knew my medical history. He had my medical history or most of it there because of my chart. This is the first time seeing him. I switched over from a nurse practitioner from Cooper. So he took the time to listen to my story and I felt very comfortable with him.

From the moment that I called to make appt, everyone was caring and understanding. Office personnel were friendly and helpful. Dr was sympathetic.

Yes, I did tell Dr. Orwitz, because of the trauma in my left hand that I'm left-handed, that I could no longer write with my left hand, that I've learned to print right-handed. That was nowhere in his report. That's the only bad thing I have to say. Other than that, he was fine.

I thought Dr. [REDACTED] was very nice. He was knowledgeable and very caring. I have my whole confidence in him with my condition of neuropathy. He's a great guy. You're lucky to have him.
