Dr shah is very nice

The nurses staff at the Willenborough office were amazing. I felt so comfortable, even though it was a little bit of an uncomfortable appointment. I thought they were very professional, very friendly, and excellent all around.

The people who scheduled my appointment were not professional.

I always have a great experience at Virtu Gastroenterology. From the front desk staff, to the MA and especially to Dr. Shah, I am shown kindness, friendliness, great care and professionalism. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to family and friends.

My first visit was Great

Hello, this was my first time visiting with Dr. Shah, the gastrologist, and he was a very thorough doctor. However, I was scheduled for a colonoscopy in the scoppy today, and the gastrologist's office failed to call the surgery center. So I got no calls about when I needed to show up. I had to do my own follow-up the night before. I called the surgery center first thing today, which was my surgery, and they didn't even have my name. The gastrologist's office didn't send over myself and two other patients until this morning. So that delayed my surgery procedure until 3 o'clock. So I, whereas I could have been earlier had they followed up and did what they needed to do to contact the surgery.

I received professional and courteous attention

The atmosphere was very positive with inspirational sayings posted.

I was very happy to continue being a patient of Dr. Shah. I was with him when he was in Princeton and I'm intending to stay with him. I'm very happy with his understanding of my needs. He has a very good manner and he seems to be on top of everything that I need to have him on top of. So I have no complaints. I'm ecstatic that I found him again and I'm glad that he's with a very good system.

Receptionist in the front and medical assistant were extremely nice. The MA listened, communicate, professional and caring. I'm in the medical field and I can honestly say we need more people like her absolutely exceptional. Dr. Shah is great , professional and listens to what I need to say as it was a lot. Check out we'll she was not so nice as I asked her a question and seems as if it annoyed her. Not welcoming at all.

Both the doctor and the nurses were very friendly and explained everything in detail.

I was very impressed that my new doctor knew the results of my previous colonoscopy better than I did. So I now I have a good doctor I can trust.

Great staff

Dr. Shah was extremely thoughtful and thorough. The only recommendation I would have is that the clerical staff just introduce themselves. They're very kind and helpful, but nobody tells you who they are.
