Being in the combined new office is a little overwhelming coming from the previous office with even shorter wait time (current wait time was minimal just a smidge longer than at the previous office) & ample parking & plenty of help to get checked in and out in seconds. Overall another pleasant experience & the same great care once you're in the endocrinology section of the office.

All good. Dr. Bucciarelli is thorough, answers questions, and communicates well.

She is one of the nicest doctors & I have recommend her to others & they feel the same!!!

Dr. M. Bucciarelli is the best doctor I have ever had. However, the check in was messed up and the nurse didn't even know how to take blood pressure correctly.

The doctor was very calming, pleasant and patient. Her professionalism was much appreciated. If I were asked if a knew a good endocrinologist, I'd refer her without hesitation.

I have recommended her on several occasions even to people that I didn't know in doctor's offices that were saying that they needed a doctor that understood diabetes and I made sure that I gave them Dr. Bucciarelli's number. I am happy that my doctor is now located in the same building where my primary doctor.

My problem was that no one returns phone calls. I tried unsuccessfully for several days, kept getting the message, we're busy with other patients, we'll call you back. Except three days went by, nobody called me back. The appointment was actually made at my doctor's office by my doctor's office. Since I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone at endocrinology. Sorry about that. a real turnoff.

I love the care of Dr Bucciarelli she is a caring person

You guys could definitely improve by really taking the time to know what the root cause of symptoms are instead of just looking at lab work and saying, oh, the levels are this and I'm going to change my dosage. No. You need to have professionals know a holistic way of treating the patient because that helps the patient more than just coming in seeing if labs are okay, and then changing a dosage. That's the old way of having medicine and care done, and I'd like to see that change. Thank you.

It's always a pleasant experience with this provider and office staff.

Just not happy that our appointment was cancelled twice and we couldn't be seen from original appt in May till August.

I booked my original appointment with Virtua online and was scheduled for October. Since my last appointment was in June 2024, I was hoping for something sooner. I reached out to the office and asked to be notified if there were any cancellations but heard nothing. I waited a few weeks and called again and got an appointment within the week. I'm not sure why nobody called my home to let me know that obviously there were appointments available sooner.

From the office staff, the assistant and my doctor... a positive experience! Friendly and professional. I had three appointments in two days... and I could take care of all three in the same building and can reach them through MyChart! Sincerely

Dr M. Bucciarelli is a wonderful Dr. she always is kind and patient and takes her time to listen. Try's to solve medication issues in a timely manner.

Dr. Maura is the best. I'm not real big on going to the Dr and usually bring my wife or one of my kids with me but I feel so comfortable with her that I go by myself. She listens to everything and always goes above and beyond to help me in any way that is needed.

You could not improve on anything. She was one of the best doctors I ever went to. And I can't remember the girl's name who greeted me from the waiting room, but she was phenomenal, that took all my vitals and everything. It was just a very pleasant experience. And she really made me feel I could call her for anything or her staff. She didn't make me feel, let's say, stupid. She was terrific.

Yes, Dr. Maura is a very concerning doctor, very understanding. I really like her and I would recommend someone to her. She understood my whole personal problems that I have been going through very, very understanding. She really made my day because I felt like no one understood what I was going through, but she answered questions before I even could say anything. She made statements that fit just what I was going through and I really, really appreciate her. She should be recognized for Doctor of the Year or Doctor of the Month, however, she should be recognized. Thank you.

Dr. Bucciarelli is wonderful. She treats not only me, but my two children, adult children, and I've referred a few friends to her too. Very thorough, always happy, always willing to try to make your life as a diabetic better.

I had trouble finding the office because they had been moved to the big Gym/exercise building where evev with handicapped parking it was a long walk to the 2nd floor offices Too bad they had to leave their former handy for handicapped patients.

Not happy with the new location of the office. Not a personal atmosphere, more like a hospital waiting room. ??

The office is very great, the new location, I love it. The staff members are good. There's more people working now, that's great. As far as my healthcare provider, I would like for them to be more attentive to me being a self-advocate and, you know, listen more carefully and helping further to achieve like prior authorizations and, you know, insurance questions.
