I have been with Dr. Leonard for over 20 years!!

From start to finish my appointment was perfect. I was seen almost immediately. Everyone was caring, kind, and friendly, yet still completely professional

Always friendly and professional!

I had a 1pm appointment and waited approximately 10 minutes in the waiting room and 15 or more in the exam room for the doctor. It said appointment was 20 minutes. More like 45. Kinda unacceptable to me.

My first ever video visit was scheduled for 2 pm. Did not see Dr till 2:25

Yes, Dr. Leonard explained why I was short of breath because of the hemoglobin being down and, you know, that that was the reason that I must be bleeding somewhere. So we're going to find out with a colonoscopy and endoscopy and I hope everything goes fine. Thank you. Have a good night.

The folks who first asked for feedback on my experience wanted simply to know if I SAW the doctor and his assistant wash/sanitize their hands. This question and my truthful response were completely nonsensical, except to gauge my reliability to answer it honestly and truthfully. I regret that my honesty may have indicated to anyone, especially to the doctor and his assistant, that Dr. Leonard's professionalism was anything other than excellent, and I regret having the courage to answer truthfully.

So glad Dr. Leonard has not retired yet

I have been seeing Dr. Leonard for many, many years and I would not go anywhere else. He is always right. He doesn't quibble around. He is always right. But he does give me the correct medicine. When necessary, he'll order a scan. But he just knows what he's doing. And my whole family goes there and we would not go anywhere else.

I was very impressed with Dr. Leonard. I was very impressed with my doctor. He did a good, thorough job of questioning me and telling me things that it could be and things that it could not be. And I was recommended to him by a friend. And the friend came with me. I thought he did a wonderful job. And I was able to ask him questions and he asked me questions. And I just think that he's a... I enjoyed talking with him and found out that there's lots of things that I did not know about and things that I still have questions about. But it was a good start to a good doctor-patient relationship.
