Dr. Wall has treated me for my shoulder and now my knee and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She listens and she's helped me a lot with both issues.

Everyone was nice, but the front desk staff were gossiping openly about other people, which I felt was unprofessional. The provider was really nice, but I felt like she was really rushed to get out of there. So I didn't, I had to keep interrupting her to tell her my concerns, and then she kept trying to wrap it up. Otherwise, I felt like she was knowledgeable and recommended physical therapy as the right choice.

Dr. Wahl was very kind and thorough. Her bedside manner is impeccable. The nurse, Sal, explained what the procedure would be for my baker's cyst. He was very courteous; and answered my questions.

Any health professional group or entity that has to do with health professionals could learn a ton of how to treat a patient from Virtua Medical Group, let alone especially Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics with Dr. Wall, with Dr. Greenleaf. Dr. Wall specializes in arms. My right elbow is going on. There's something wrong with it. And she did all she could and is continuing to have me under her care while I get MRIs taken. And Dr. Greenleaf for my spine for reconstructive orthopedics or orthopedics in Moorheads is also doing the same.

Dr. Mckensie Wahl was recommended by my primary care physician, Dr. Nicole Thompson and also Dr. Trisha Sileo a chiropractor who practices ART. Dr. Thompson said that I would really like her and I did. I have a friend who injured her arm a few days ago and I provided Dr. Wahl's information to set up an appointment.

The Doctor explained and made sure I knew all about the 2 shoulder surgeries I am getting and set me up to see the Surgeon. She is always awesome !

Everyone was excellent from assistant to Dr. .X-ray technician helped with painful positions. Front desk was courteous and nice.

I was treated in a timely manner. Everyone was pleasant. Office was clean, I have nothing negative to say.

We waited 45 minutes to see this provider. I don't know that I want to do that again. It takes a lot to get myself together to be up and out the door, just to sit in a waiting room full of people and not be seen immediately. Honestly, I felt like I had more attention, concern, and connection with the doctor who saw me at the orthopedic urgent care in Medford. Ironically, she is the one who recommended the follow-up. I would have preferred to follow up with her since she saw me initially and knew what she was watching out for. I don't think I will be back.

Dr. Mckensie and [REDACTED] made me feel at ease with the procedure. They explained the entire process.

Dr. Mckensie always takes such great care of me whenever I have gone into her office and I've been seeing her for a year now since I fractured my collarbone and that has healed pretty well. She's also taken care of me for my left frozen shoulder situation and she is always very up front with everything I need to know. I'm very grateful for that and she's awesome. Thank you.

Dr. Wahl was excellent with questions, her assessment, and overall feeling in the office, and I would recommend her over and over, and while I hope we don't have to see her again for a concussion, if we do have to see somebody for something, I would love to see her again. However, I was disappointed that the staff gave us the wrong appointment, and we had to really change a lot of things around when we requested a 7.45 a.m. appointment when it was offered, and I found out the day before that we were put in for 2 p.m. So that was a little frustrating. I feel like maybe the staff person wasn't fully listening and was having a side conversation. But other than that, care is important. That was the best part.

While the Doctor and the nurse were extremely courteous and helpful they office staff leaves MUCH to be desired. Extremely unfriendly. I stood at the counter to check out and no one acknowledged my presence for several minutes and then asked my name and if I needed anything. I had to tell them the doctor wanted me to have some exercises and just handed it to me and went back to ignoring me. So unprofessional in my opinion, I understand there are other actives that are needed but there is serious lack of customer service

Considerate staff at checkout got me a chair as standing can be difficult. I have already recommended Dr Wahl to friends. She has greatly helped me.

Everyone was fantastic, and a special shout out to all the girls in the x-ray and the x-ray techs to help with the transfer from the wheelchair to the table for the x-rays. They were fantastic. So, we had a great experience.

Dr Wahl is wonderful. The sports medicine therapist who did my intake was excellent. But I have to be honest- the office smelled of onions so bad, it was almost overpowering. Otherwise, from a medical treatment perspective it was a great experience.
