The Employees Doctors nurses administrators are so pleasant and courteous it's a sigh of relief when I walk thru the door I feel better

I felt like I was intruding while trying to check out. I was the only one there with 4 staff members and they just looked at each other waiting for someone to volunteer. The person who checked me out was less than enthusiastic. Never felt that way at Virtua orthopedic before. Registration staff are just the opposite, always very friendly as they greet you. Maybe just an off day.

She is an outstanding doctor and I trust her immensely.

I have had a difficult journey with my back since beginning care with Dr. Patil. She has been a constant, professional source of comfort, empathy and encouragement. Chronic pain is mentally and physically exhausting and just being heard makes an incredible difference. During this recent visit, I was experiencing a climax of all of my symptoms and I was extremely defeated emotionally and I had already received poor hospital care one week prior. She got me the help that I needed in a kind and efficient matter and I am hopeful to be on the right track FINALLY, after a very long and painful experience.

I have been with Dr. Patil for over a year now and every time I see her, she never fails to be courteous, polite, helpful, and efficient. She's one of the best doctors I have ever seen and I'm 77 years old. I look forward to seeing her because I know the care I'm going to get from her will be excellent. This doctor is wonderful. I cannot say the same about Virtua's commitment to timely appointments or timely treatment, which I have come to depend on. It took 6 weeks to see this doctor, after I was referred to her by another excellent Virtua doctor. I am scheduled for an in office procedure to help me, almost 4 weeks later, while I have pain levels up to 9s, consistently, every day. When I call the new Virtua Orthospedic Reconstructive, the phone queue has ranged from 50 to 82 callers ahead of me. My friends and I are all impacted by the understaffing issues at Virtua. When I see my primary doctor, she tells the scheduler when to schedule me, and the scheduler says the next available appointment is 2 months after that. That means that Virtua is ignoring the doctor's medical opinion. That is not defensible.

I totally trust these doctors with my care. The staff is always friendly and they don't keep you waiting.

I was hoping to get my epidural procedure much sooner than I was able. First available was Nov. 11, 25 days after seeing doctor. That's a long time to be in discomfort.

I want to mention that the question about if appointment was scheduled in a timely manner was no reflection on Dr Patil what so ever and really shouldn't be a question to be answered anymore. Any time I've called to schedule an appt. with any provider it's always a month or more to schedule which is not the providers fault. I understand how busy they are but it's not fair to any patient that's in any kind of pain to have to wait such a long period of time. It's just ridiculous anymore to have to wait in that kind of time frame when making an appt and should be removed from questionnaire. Dr Patil was very professional and caring and makes you feel very comfortable and explains what choice of procedures are best and available to you.

uh... when i called for an appointment thought i had the wrong uh... i thought i had the wrong code and i had to call again and then i was told they'd call me back which they never did when i called another number they told me i was twenty six on the list so i finally chart texted the doctor and somebody did get back to me so I had the appointment now I'm waiting to hear back from them for an appointment for an epidural which I didn't hear from them yet that was I was there on Wednesday and this is Tuesday I haven't heard from them I find the when you call they just don't call

There was a woman at the front reception desk, checking people in that had a very constant cough. At one point she had to leave the desk because it seemed like she was choking. I think that she should have been wearing a mask.

Please reevaluate your rotating of physician assistants. It is very disruptive to an individuals perception of care

Dr. Patil listens to what you have to say and understands your needs. I find most doctors don't care to listen to what an 83 year old has to say, but she listens very carefully and always has great advice. It is a privilege and a pleasure to call her my back pain doctor.

I had a difficult time scheduling a spine specialist

My experience with Dr Patil & her staff & staff in Moorestown was wonderful. It took 5 days of phone calls to get an operator to answer the phone call in order to make an appointment. I actually held on for 42 minutes & I was caller number 8. Never spoke to anyone. This is unacceptable for a medical office.
