Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Melissa has extensive experience in postoperative cardiac surgery, intensive care, and emergency medicine nursing. She manages and facilitates supportive and empowering family planning, prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. Melissa feels deeply about spending time with families and discussing structural shifts surrounding pregnancy. Outside of medicine, Melissa loves spending time with her three busy kids, music, gardening, the outdoors, and cooking.

    Melissa is amazing. She's been there for my through everything I experienced, before birth, she was my midwife during the traumatic birth of my son, and now has helped tremendously with some after birth issues.
