Dr. Michael Goldstein is an excellent medical professional. He is always very caring. He listens to your concerns and treats you accordingly.

I liked the location of his West Deptford office and his nurse was very nice. I like Dr Goldstein but he's a little rough around the edges. He never smiles.

I trust Dr. Goldstein writhing my care. He listened to me and gave me suggestions.

Good experience during the visit

Dr. Michael Goldstein is a top notch gastroenterologist.

The staff was great. I've been going to Dr. Goldstein for a while and he is somewhat gruff but I do know that he does eventually have a caring bedside manner. On at least two occasions, he went out of his way to give me trial medications until my insurance approved the medication which I do appreciate it. However, my issue is with him when he was changing my medication this time he asked me about my insurance and asked if I was on Medicaid. As a black person, this just gets tiring. Why would you assume that I was on Medicaid because I promise you, if I was a white female or white male, he wouldn't ask that. Just ask me what type of insurance I have don't ask me if I'm on Medicaid. I also told him that I was having chest pains. I guess he knows what it is and that's why he changed my medication, but he'd still never address that I said I have chest pains. I'm seriously thinking about changing my Gastro doctor as a result of these incidents.
