The front sign in person was concerned about payment and tremendously helped me change card payments. Dr. Hodde is up to date with all my variety of health conditions and works diligently to keep me pain free. One of the best in the business from my perspective.

Nothing to complain about at this visit

I was a little hesitant going at first because I assumed Dr. Hodde would be like many other doctors I've seen and be very dismissive of my pain and situation. I was more than pleasantly surprised and relieved when he first introduced himself to me and how he treats people. He took time to get to know my health and personal history. He was very patient and caring and explained things in depth to me. I am very hopeful that he will be able to get me going in the right direction and reduce the pain so I can begin physical therapy again and get stronger.

My experience was informative and positive.

I waited over30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to even get called back. But when I did see the doctor he was great.

You can improve by either, okay, let me start over. I waited way too long to see the doctor. I guess maybe you had an influx of patients that day and things got behind. Dr. Hodde was very accommodating, very kind, very caring. He understood my reason for my visit that day very well. He was knowledgeable about me and I trust him with my care, but I waited entirely too long for the visit to happen.

Dr was outstanding. I had several questions, and he addressed them in a professional manner. I did not feel rushed as I described my story about my sciatica history. He dealt with my insurance company and I already have an MRI scheduled. Outstanding service provided as he described several next steps that need to occur. Together we now have a plan.

It took over a month to get an appointment with Dr. Hodde, although I was pleased with seeing him and the treatment plan he developed. I fear that it will take an equally long time to get to see him again for the epidural shot that he recommended. You probably need more doctors to be able to handle the demand in a timely manner. People who are in pain don't have the luxury of waiting for treatment.

He demonstrated the ability to "diagnose" my different medical issues With, but a brief perusal of my medications. Dr. Hodde is always on point. My only gripe is that many of my appointments could be done via telehealth. Please change that policy bc I am driving over an hour just to be seen every 6 months for a pre-authorization for cervical ablations.

Dr. Hodde is wonderful, and the Cherry Hill office is very efficient. My only complaint is it taking so long to get an appointment

Doctor could not access my MRI due to some Virtua problem.

It's really hard to reach anybody by telephone. The system is hard to navigate. And then I'm usually like 40 or 50 in the queue. So I generally don't speak to anyone when I'm trying to make an appointment or reach anyone in the office there. Thank you.

all aspects of my situation from the initial virtual contact in Medford right through Dr. Hodde. It's been great, super. All the staff, all the people at the desk, the waiting time, it's as good as it gets. And I've had some experience personally and through others, so I know how hectic and hard it is to handle. But this has been a breeze. And it's been great. I'm glad I did it.

I am very happy with Dr Hodde's reasoning for the treatments that he recommends and for the treatments that he doesn't recommend.

Dr hodde ordered an mri. I had it done & when he reported the results to me he told me to get in touch if I was still having problems. I am still in acute pain. Nothing has resolved and he is offering no care. No pain relief. He obviously didn't even hear that I was in acute pain to begin with. Or worse didn't even care. This is such a bad experience that I will let anyone I talk to know never to trust their care to this doctor.

Being 78 years old I have a number of doctors. In all my years, I've never had a doctor as caring, thoughtful, and dedicated to helping his patients as Dr Hodde. I would drive 2 hours just to see him. I'm very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

I highly appreciate the BSN and the two doctors who attended to my knee cap pain. They address my knee pain with professional skills and best efforts. I highly appreciate all efforts..

I was so pleased that the office took immediate x-rays that helped substantiate the discomfort, pain and symptoms that I was expressing to the doctor. It was also an excellent listener. He did not discount my opinions and descriptions of the pains and limited mobility I was experiencing. I was very encouraged with the immediate plan of action to get physical therapy and see another doctor relatively soon to potentially provide steroid shots to reduce the inflammation, lack of motion,and discomfort I am experiencing. It is so refreshing to not have the "let's wait and see attitude" for extremely conservative treatment. I truly appreciate the proactive approach.

While I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Hodde and all of the staff in the office, I have had an extremely frustrating experience with [REDACTED] who schedules Dr. Hodde's procedures. The first procedure, I had to make five phone calls. I did not hear back from her. When I finally heard back from her, I got my records from Penn because she told me she was unable to do it. I then did not hear back from her for a day and a half, did not hear back from her until I called a number off of the Virtual website and complained. She called me back within a half an hour and my procedure was scheduled. This time, I am waiting a week. I still have not heard from her and I have been on hold trying to get this scheduled.
