Dr. Driscoll's staff was excellent, beyond excellent. Now, the lady that was there for the ladies, I guess, I don't know how to put it, but the lady that was at the door when I came in, she was super rude and she does not belong in that office. She's a colored lady. She does not belong there.

VERY GOOD KEPT THE SCHEDULE ON TIME.

On the first question, I pressed one by mistake. I wanted to hit the four. And Dr. Driscoll is a great doctor. I really like him and I feel comfortable with him.

Everyone is so pleasant and always smiles.

I was scheduled for an 8:45a appointment. Dr walked in the exam room at 9:10 apologizing that he had to take a call. To me , this is not an acceptable practice.

I got lost on my way there, I was very late and yet they still saw me. Very accommodating.

Well, firstly, I made a mistake on the first two questions and hit one. I did not mean to do that. I didn't listen properly, so I apologize for that. And secondly, the staff and Dr. [REDACTED] was great with the information, prompt, and I was very pleased with their service.

Too many emails from Virtua asking for feedback ... it is excessive

Everybody was very helpful. The doctor was very, very, how can I say it? He explained everything to me very, very nicely. I had a great experience and I would certainly recommend Dr. Driscoll to my family and friends.

I'm very happy with my provider and his service. He is always professional and on point and lets me participate in decision making about my health. However, I wasn't too happy with the facility in Camden, but the simple fact that you had to be checked when you went into the building and escorted directly to the office. I used to go to Cherry Hill. I never experienced that type of behavior going to the doctor's office. Other than that, he was great. And I went there because it was convenient for me that day. From now on, I think I will continue to go to Cherry Hill office. Thank you.

I have very much confidence in Dr. Driscoll and the staff at the Marlton office. Great experience from when I walk into the waiting room and to the time I check out. I always use eCheck-In prior to going to the office. It helps the process and they appreciate my using the service. And once admitted, the visit went very well.

My doctor is amazing and very helpful, however, when I need support from the staff that supports him, they are not as helpful or receptive. I was scheduled for an appointment and it was never put into the system. I arrived for my appointment and they didn't have it on file for me and I had to reschedule the appointment. In addition, I need support to expedite a claim that I'm appealing for a prescription that the physician put in for me. I called first thing this morning and was transferred to someone that knows about my issue and left a voicemail for them. I called back this afternoon and was again told that they needed to transfer me to someone else and left a voicemail. I have not yet received a call back. It is 5:13pm and I cannot be without my medication on Saturday. I also put in multiple messages through MyChart and this began late last week and have not received a response. This is frustrating and disappointing.

Excellent experience. The office is well run. Dr.Driscoll is always on time, very professional, listens to the issues & provides options to solve the issues. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a pulmonologist.

Forgot to order one of my prescriptions

I was there for an apnea monitor mask, sent me home with a mask, it doesn't work. And I feel like they don't wanna have anything to do with me anymore. They won't set up an appointment for me to get another mask. They won't let me fit a mask on while I'm in the office to see what fits me and what doesn't. Just very unhappy with the service. And as of this day, I still don't have an appointment with them. I asked for Monday, don't have anything. Nor did they say to me, well, we can fit you in on Wednesday or Thursday, nothing. So very disappointed.

Very thorough, asked for my input, opinion, and made suggestions but did not push me into agreement with his observations or path forward. Dr Driscoll used the actual results showing on my CPAP machine to analyze my sleep patterns and adjust machine settings accordingly. He shows a sincere interest in my usage, results, and progress with the CPAP and quality of sleep I'm getting.

Really enjoyed the convenience of a Telehealth visit during my lunch hour. I didn't have to take any time off or travel. Greatest thing ever! The only minor downfall was the sound quality but I was able to adjust accordingly.
