The staff at the prep station as well as the recovery station for excellent. Did everything to make me comfortable and to understand what was next. I did thank them and I was glad to have a card with all of their names, and I will pass it on to the upper echelon of the fine job that they are doing.

Consultation was as informative as expected. All concerns were addressed and discussed thoroughly. Anxiety was reduced, felt much relief and ease. Should be noted that the communication between everyone (staff and departments) was excellent. Appears this team worked exceptionally well together. Thank you

Yeah, everything was good except the room they were seeing me in. They left me there. They forgot I was there and I waited like 40 minutes. I once said am I done and they said yeah you're done sorry.
