Hi, I like the doctor I'm seeing. I like Dr. Ngu . I like the practice. The only thing I don't like is that medicines are being pushed instead of maybe counseling or counseling for nutrition, something other than being pushed with insulin and medicine, helping getting maybe a plan in place where somebody helps with schedule, something like that.

Everyone there is so courteous and it's nice, pleasant, clean, and I love Dr. Michael Ngu. I love him. He is so nice and he's so accurate and he cares. He listens. I enjoy my doctor. All right. Thank you.

i feel that this provider is so caught up in stats, that he ignores my personal goes and talks them and me down. his answer for any serious question to be off medication is a repeated "no" and this is frustrating. any doctor who only sees your life as a medicated one is not one i should stay with. i have a potential he refuses to see.

Everyone in the endocrinology office is very nice and pleasant. They greet you when you walk into the door, even if they are working on something else, they will look up, greet you, and say they'll be with you in a moment, which I really appreciate. I hate when I walk into a place and people act like I'm invisible. And just overall, the staff is very attentive and courteous.
