The Office and waiting area was neat and clean. Exam room was a very clean also. Rooms were well lit. Everyone was polite, kind and helpful.

I don't want a Dr to come in and offer me meds or to see a Dr about using meds for my weight without knowing I have a kidney disease and have to restrict many things i take. She was pleasant about it but not appropriate. Know my medical hx before trying to prescribing meds!

I do want to recommend that Ms. Fortune was absolutely wonderful. It was so nice to see a woman in our office in Hamilton. It had been a while and I really appreciate the fact that you brought in a female doctor. Ms. Fortune was just a number 10 plus and I would enjoy being in her company anytime. So I'm looking forward to our next visit. She's a 10, 10 plus. Thank you.

I'm grateful for the office making me an appt immediately. And for being so helpful courteous. Michele was very professional and thorough, listened to my questions and concerns, reviewed with me a plan for my knee issue, and scheduled a follow up appt in a week.

The medication I was prescribed is not good because of my medical history 1. Chronic Kidney Disease 2. Congestive Heart Condition. After reading the effects of this medication I have decided not to take it. This then tells me my chart with my medical history sadly was not read by the APN who attended to my care.
