I have always been treated by the staff and Doctors attentively and with care. There has never been a time at either a visit or a phone call that my problems were not answered and solved. They are all a very caring group of people.

Dr. Bilbao and her assistant [REDACTED] are truly amazing. I am treated with such great care at each visit. Dr. Bilbao saved my life and I am forever grateful to her and Virtua.

I have found with this medical experience, numerous mishaps and useless appointments which resulted in my wasted time and money.

Provider rescheduled my October 23 appointment less than 24 hours in advance which was an enormous inconvenience. I work full time and do not drive, so I don't have that kind of flexibility around appointments. It was very upsetting and caused a lot of stress for my family.

Dr.Bilbao is a gem and always takes great care of me.

Dr. Bilbao is very understanding about me being autistic & having PTSD from an incident from the ages of 7-23 she really helped me to get through a pelvic exam & Pap smear. She definitely does deserve an award & educate other doctors about how to handle patients like me.

It is wonderful to have a Doctor and staff talk and treat you as if you were their only patient. They are quick to listen and assist you. I feel comforted and respected.

Dr. Bilbao is excellent. Not only is she professional and courteous, but she cares about her patients. You can feel it when she addresses your concerns and especially when you ask for advice on situations you are going through. I recommend her to all my friends and associates.

I feel so cared for there. Dr. And [REDACTED] are terrific. They really cared about me. The receptionist is terrific and caring also. L9ve it there.

The only issue I had was that my appointment was 2:30 and I didn't see the doctor until 3:10.

From the moment that I walked into the office, I felt comfortable. The registration process went very well. The moment that I was brought back from the MA to meeting the doctor and walking through each and every step, I felt very, very comfortable from scheduling the surgery and being walked through and being talked to about every step that's gonna be taken. And the next initial steps after surgery, it just made me feel very comfortable. And I am very, very glad that I was referred to the doctor. And I will recommend her very highly to every person that I know that needs, you know, an oncologist. Thank you very much.

Dr. Bilbao is very, very attentive and her bedside manner is a 10. I felt like she really listened and she cared about the things I had to say, the questions that I had, and she did ask me more than once if I had any questions and was trying her best to clarify things that were unclear to me. She did a good job with explaining everything very thoroughly, and I appreciate that. You don't get that all the time.

I made to feel very comfortable and Everyone explained exactly what was going to be done.
