Dr. Kheny is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor who always make sure she is listening and providing feedback. She really acts like she cares for me and my well being.

The dr told me I could only discuss 2 of my issues at a time. She said I would have to make another appointment for any other issues because she only has time for 2 issues per appointment. All I know is it's time for me to find another doctor that cares . She was very cold and abrupt.

My visit to Dr. Mira Kheny is always successful, very good listener, very encouraging and caring doctor. I can recommend my whole family and anybody else who wants to see a good doctor. She is a good doctor, a caring doctor, a family doctor. And the front desk nurses are also very nice. They are also attentive. They are also very good.

All of the nurses at the hospital n offices have been really great they all had good unique personalities very kind n helpful n most very courteous. I had one nurse in the hospital I had bumped heads with n had a poor personality otherwise the nurses were generally kind n patient . Most of the doctors provide good care with Virtua n hope they strive to keep it that way u have good doctors it really does matter who your doctors are n finding one that fits u n your care so I am finding my way still I think .

The staff at Virtual is very helpful. Dr. Kheny is an amazing doctor. She listens to all of my health care needs and gives me the best advice that she can concerning my health care. Highly recommend her to everyone I know. And like I said, the staff there is amazing.

It was not what I expected. Usually the doctors listen. Maybe she thought I was making up things. I was really disappointed in this doctor.

Dr. Kheny listened to my complaints and the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Everybody there always listens and takes good care of me while I'm there. And Dr. Kheny did know my medical history. I pressed the wrong number when I answered that question.

It seems like you probably don't give enough time between patients because I felt that she felt rushed that she had to get in and see this person or she had to leave to go check on this one. And I don't know if I like the way like a whole Virtua, I like it when it's like a mom and pop shop more or less, like it's a family doctor, not necessarily part of a network. I feel like you're too rushed and it's not just you guys with Virtua, it's in Florida, it's other places. That's what I don't like. So just figured I'd share that with you.

Virtua is a great team of excellent and caring professionals.

Okay. One of the most things that I understand, I just got there and she could tell me that one of my left ears was blocked. And that was really, really true. It's blocked for a while. It's a long time now. So just want to say that is one of the most feedback that I found out that. And everybody treat me for the first time was such like I was ever there before.

Never have to wait longer than what I should.

It did take about two months for me to get a follow up appointment after an emergency room visit. However, it was well worth the wait doctor Mira KHENY is fabulous and I completely trust her with my care. I look forward to continue seeing her and continue visiting this office.

It took me 2.5 months to get an early morning routine physical appointment with a doctor in the office, which is excessive. Outside of that, it was a good experience.

Didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone seemed kind and caring.

Just overall the doctor was extremely unprofessional. It felt like she was purposefully embarrassing me in front of my boyfriend and excessively making jokes at my expense because I am obese. This visit completely turned me off from virtua, I will only be getting my bloodwork done then transferring back to Cooper. There is nothing you can improve after this as I will not be returning.
