I've had a great experience with the midwife team- however recommending patients go to OB triage at the hospital for any little thing that comes up is not great advice. If some things could be done in house it would save patients a lot of time and money. Most recently I was told to go after having 12 hours of diarrhea and vomiting. OB triage had me wait in the waiting room for 5 hours, I received zero care and then was billed for over $3k

The front desk staff and the MA's/nurses are very sweet, kind and sympathetic. The provider that I saw, Miranda, in my opinion was a little aggressive. When she walked into the room she caught me off guard because she basically told me there was nothing they could help me with because I needed to go see a GYN dr. I was not aware that I could not be helped at the Midwifery location. It's 100% my fault, but I wish the representative that scheduled my appointment would've told me. I have a very high copay/deductible plan and I would've called a GYN dr instead. I have seen [REDACTED] in the Sicklerville location and she is sooo sweet and compassionate. Because of my interaction with Miranda, and because of my gyn issue, I will not be returning. This is very unfortunate. But at my age, I am not going to tolerate an aggressive provider, especially when I am concerned about my health.
