I enjoy seeing Dr Draganescu for check ups. She listens. She's kind. She's intelligent. She's got a great personality and a good way about her overall. She also has a great sense of humor. And I love her little bit of whimsy with her wild stockings (tights)! It's nice to see the "human" side of our doctors, not just some white coat who doesn't have feelings. Some doctors are very monotone and cold and don't even smile. She brightens our day.

You do need a back up EKG machine.

Although I was at my appointment on time (actually, I was about 15 minutes early) I was not seen until one hour later. The delay was due to two patients that had arrived late but had to rely on outside sources to bring them to their appointments. Both the office staff and doctors were apologetic about this situation, which was unavoidable. I, as a patient, accepted the explanation without argument. Sometimes, delays are unavoidable. More patients should be more understanding of situations like this. Patience is a virtue!

Dr. Draganescu is an exceptional physician. She took time from her busy schedule to explain in details her medication recommendations, including benefits and possible side effects. She has wonderful patient skills, is very knowledgeable, and truly an asset to Virtua.

Yes, I really like Dr. Draganescu. I'm sorry, I really like her. But I do have a question in reference to the virtuous standards. I noticed that according to my weight, it shows up that I am obese. I just thought that was a little strange. And also, I noticed on the chart that it says that I have osteoporosis and I'm senile. I did speak to Dr. Draganescu in reference to that classification as senile and she tried to explain it to me. I just feel like that terminology is no longer anything that's being used and I don't have it.

The best doctor

From the moment you walk through the door, and go to check in, you're greeted by a smiling face. The front desk staff are so kind and friendly as they check you in or out. Once in the exam room, the doctors assistant goes over everything in your chart and takes your vitals, again so kind and friendly, as they get you ready to see the doctor. Next Dr. Draganescu comes in, always with a smile and says welcome back! As Dr. Draganescu asks how are you doing, she has my chart up and going through bloodwork and anything else I may have done. She is so thorough and on top of my many conditions, it's amazing to me. I truly can't express enough how wonderful Dr. Draganescu is, I absolutely think that she is the best primary doctor, that I've ever had. After my visit, Dr Draganescu walks me out to check out and relays all of what needs to be printed out. Everyone at Virtua Primary Care Westmont is so helpful kind and friendly, which makes it easy to go the doctor office. Thank you!

My experience with Dr D. She Listen to me and seem to care what my concerns are I really appreciated that. I left feeling I had a friend & as well as a good doctor.

I had trouble getting an appointment and had to go the urgent care. Then it took several more days to get a follow up appointment. I like my doctor but not if I can't see er when i need care.

I think the last question is difficult to rate. My doctor is good for me, I like her style but I am reluctant as an adult to recommend any provider to other people because I don't know what their priorities for a health care provider are. You should probably change that question

Yes, I did not have to make an appointment. I pressed one because I didn't have to make it. They called me and made the appointment, which I was okay with because my doctor was out of town. So they rescheduled my appointment, but I do give my doctor the highest recommendation and the staff. Everybody was was very nice to me and they took care of me very well. Love my doctor but not Virtua. I've had a few bad experiences with them since they took over Our Lady of Lourdes and a very bad experience with Virtua Behavioral Health many years ago before the merger. Another very bad experience while in their rehab section after a brain aneurysm treated at HUP in 2023. Two family members work at Virtua also.
