    Everyone at that office is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring. You're not just a "chart" to them. You're an individual and they treat you as such. I couldn't ask for a better post transplant team. They're the best!

    Dr. Hashmi spent very little time with us. He was very abrupt, didn't ask in depth questions about our son's health history/conditions and without empathy said that don't usually have success with people who utilize a catheter for urination as they get infections. This may end up being true, but his delivery, gentleness and beside manner is definitely lacking. Everyone else on the team was kind, compassionate and took the time to explain everything to our family.

    Hi, I thought everybody was very nice on my experience. They took the time to answer all my questions. No matter how many questions I had, they took the time to answer all my questions. It made me feel comfortable and welcome and forthgiving with information. And that's it.

    I'm not sure if he received my updated echocardiogram prior to my visit . That is my reason for giving 9 instead of 10 other than that my visit was pleasant and informative. Thanks for having my health in your best interest.
