I do not like when providers request that you do a pre-check in and then when you go to the office, they ask you the same questions.

She's kind, she's a good listener, she's super knowledgeable and thorough and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and answer them both in her office and then before and after the procedure. Dr. Awsare is always well informed in knowing my medical history and inquiring about my current medical condition. She is very knowledgeable and concerned about my medical health and accesses the treatment plan. Nothing is left out and explains her plan of care and why it is being recommended. I always feel well informed after each appointment.

I'm just recently retired and trying to find a decent doctor takes time for an appointment. I understand that especially a doctor with five stars and comes with recommendation

The office needs to be refreshed. Paint, chairs, floor mats. Girls (2) were fighting with each other at the front desk. Just seemed like an off day. Exam rooms are small.

Dr. Asware makes a connection with her patients. Many of my friends also use her as their GI Doctor. She's friendly, professional and actually listens without interrupting. I have all female doctors except for a specialist at Jefferson, because in my experience female providers are more attentive, listen carefully and partner to develop the plan of care! She is truly a GEM!

On time friendly and efficient staff Great friendly and knowledgeable doctors

Several of my physicians are now affiliated with Virtua, or some other large medical system. In the past this has resulted in more difficulty reaching the doctors, scheduling routine appointments and generally depersonalized service. Just as importantly, the work loads for the physicians become an impediment to good care. Hopefully this will not be the case with this practice.
