Not that great.

The front desk staff were wonderful but once I was called back, I felt like it was the goal of the assistant and NP to get in and out of that room as quickly as possible. They only asked yes/no questions. Did an incredibly fast exam and then was gone. My previous provider at this practice always took time to talk to me, make me feel comfortable, asked questions that required more than a yes/no, and made sure I understood what to expect given my age and health background. Her assistant also wanted to create connections and make me feel like an individual who mattered. I really didn't feel the same care and concern that I have had from the rest of the medical team and support staff at that office in the past. If this was my first visit, it would also be my last. As it stands, I will request not to be assigned to this provider in the future.

The doctor was very nice and she listened to my concerns.

The building was very clean and smelled very good.

I really liked this young lady. She was very nice and I would definitely schedule my next appointments with her.

NP [REDACTED] is as kind as she is knowledgeable! NP [REDACTED] took her time with thorough explanations of health care diagnostic procedures, from mammograms and ultrasounds for my dense breast tissue, to following through with a CT scan, and management of blood pressure I found to be very helpful! Her exam was conducted professionally, pleasantly and promptly! (And yes, both her and the Medical Assistant washed their hands, both before and after, providing my care!)

My provider, Mwasnoh Cook, was excellent throughout my visit. She thoroughly explained each step of the process, which left me feeling well informed and comfortable, with very few questions. Her professionalism, respect, and warm demeanor made the experience extremely pleasant. Her assistant whose name I unfortunately do not recall was also wonderful and very supportive. Together, they provided outstanding care. I would definitely recommend Mwasnoh Cook to my family members and friends.

The provider was very attentive. She was very personable. She was easy to talk to. And I will definitely keep her as my OBGYN provider.

She was very nice, but I wish we had time to think about questions we wanted to ask. Not that she wouldn't have been receptive, but I couldn't really think so early in the morning. So I wish it was like any questions that you want me to answer or something. Other than that, she was really great and reassuring, and I'm grateful for the visit. Thank you.

Dr cook was fabulous

This was my first time seeing NP Cook. She was very professional and pleasant. I was very disappointed that I was unable to see [REDACTED]. But I was pleasantly surprised with Cook and would definitely see her again as well as recommend her to others. Top notch care.

I have a serious problem with what was written down for my weight. I saw the scale which read 217 pounds. When I checked the team review of my visit they wrote incorrectly 248 pounds. I want my weight CORRECTED from 248 lbs. to 217 lbs. please.

Everyone was so nice. I loved the doctor. She was absolutely amazing. I never had her before and I can't tell you how it was such a wonderful experience to have a doctor that was so kind, caring and I definitely will go back to her because she was just great and made me feel very comfortable and she was just great. I can't say enough good things and I was nervous and once I met the doctor, I wasn't nervous anymore and I appreciated her so very much.

Everyone was great. I am just not use to seeing a PA. I have always had a doctor so this "feels" different. Not bad, just different.

I have not had a pelvic exam for at least 20 years. I made an appt, 1 that I missed, and one the your office rescheduled. When I went in I filled out the top box of the annual paper. When the provider came in I mentioned that I had vaginal dryness which made it difficult to have relations with my husband. Pretty much the visit ended there as she prescribed cream for my dryness but did not do an internal exam, told me to come back in 3 months for the exam? Why? The appt I waited 6 months for ended in 15 min with no exam. I am a Virtua employee and your annual paper that I signed is the same we use in our office. Obviously they have different meanings.

There was one lady at the front desk. I forget her name,( she gad a hearing aid) She was a awesome woman, I told them to have a,great weekend, she saud for me to have one too, but the other lady didn't say a word? I always say it to everyone & we need more people like that other woman ??

Hi, I didn't rate the question about knowing my child's care so highly because she's actually a new patient. So in all fairness, she has to get to know my child, but otherwise she was overall great. And I'm sure in time, she'll get to know her medical history once she gets all the history from her pediatrician forwarded to her. Otherwise, she was great. Thank you.

I felt extremely comfortable with my doctor. She was professional, kind, informing, and supportive. I hope she isn't planing to retire or leave anytime soon.

Front desk was not very friendly. communication between front desk & doctor's section did not seem to communicate. Doc did not send refill info to right pharmacy. Ordered medication that is not to be used. I guess she assumed the lab test would indicate that med was necessary. Had to call to find this out & find out how & where to use the medication I was given by Urologist.

Everything was great, per usual. I love coming to these facilities, everyone is always a pleasure to work with and they all listen to your concerns.

I had a great experience at this clinic, the people were very polite and super professional.

It was a new doctor/pa for me. The dr was nice but the person who worked with me in the room was very cold, and she was wearing a mask and had to ask her to repeat the question she was asking. Maybe she was frustrated with me? She took my blood pressure 2 times and reported it was high... which is understandable. I personally thought she did it incorrectly, at the end the head nurse came in and took my pressure and it was normal. Maybe she was having a bad day it happens but she made it not great experience. I took the time to respond because it very important to be aware of patience needs and how I was feeling.

The staff were very professional and patient.

Dr. [REDACTED] left so I tried to make an appointment with another dr. But none was available. I liked dr. cook but would like of made appointment with a doctor that I reached
