My experience with my visit was very pleasant. Security was very nice and organized. After I signed in, I was able to sit at a window to get checked in. My name was called within a couple of minutes. The lady doing my intake was very warm and welcoming. The lady that took my weight and vitals was very pleasant and efficient. Natasha Halyard was very amazing as always. She always has a smile on her face, her energy is very positive and she speaks to me like a person she actually cares about. That goes a long way and she's the main reason I come to this office. I trust her with my care and she's helped me tremendously throughout the years.

All of the staff was very helpful and seemed to be more like a family, like family towards me. My provider is the bomb. I would recommend her to anybody. You know, she made me feel warm and, you know, she helped me out with my problem. I had no problem at all of getting, you know, just somebody to listen. And definitely, definitely, definitely will recommend her to everyone because she made me feel, you know, like a human being, not just a paycheck.

I would like to have her for my doctor she was so understanding she took time to listen to her. I would just like to say Natasha is the best provider ever. She listens to what it is that you have to say. She listens to any of your concerns and she explains any questions that you may have. She is very receptive to any suggestions that you may have to your medication regimen if you feel like you need to change something and she'll explain to you why something can't be changed or she'll look further into why it can be changed. I had an issue with getting a mammogram. Natasha took time out of her day to schedule me a mammogram appointment, which I thought was awesome, because I don't think any other providers actually provide that kind of care for their patients. So I would just say, I will continue to come to Natasha. As long as she's at Virtua, I will be there.

Natasha, she is the best. She's very patient. She helps you understand a lot. She pays a lot of attention to her patients. And it's just like, I love this doctor. And I would recommend this doctor to anybody. She is the best.

The man in the outpatient lab was very rude, impatient and spoke to people aggressively. He got mad at them for things that the front desk should have handled.
