The Dr Was Very Hilarious ?

Dr. Bodin was incredible. He explained my child's hand anatomy to her at a very clear, child-appropriate level to work through her injury. He actively listened to her complaints and lifestyle impact to determine a best path forward as a patient/parent/provider team. We are beyond grateful for the care he provided!

Was very nervous and not sure what to expect from procedure, confidence of Dr. made me feel comfortable and ready for the outcome, which so far has been positive.

Although Dr Bodin came to a conclusion that I have ulnar nerve irritation he said he didn't know how to help me and referred me to a neurologist who was not able to help me either. If I have ulnar nerve irritation and he's my hand doctor, why did I get referred to a neurologist that had no solution for me? I ended up getting an emergency telehealth appointment with my PCP and am on a very mild course of treatment. I'm hoping it works before my diaphragm plication surgery in 19 days. Otherwise I'll be seeing Dr Bodin again with the intention of doing something to relieve my numbness and pain in my right pinky finger. I love Dr Bodin, I am now, because of how things are playing out, questioning his decision.

The provider, Dr. Bodin, was excellent, but however, the staff afterwards at checkout, they were not that good. I mean, they didn't seem to care and they rushed me out of the office. That's all.

Dr. Bodin is a wonderful person and doctor. And the pleasant atmosphere is mirrored by his personable staff

I found Dr. Bodin with a random Google search a few years ago & he has been a great Dr., helping me with my trigger finger issues on both hands. I trust his opinions with my care & I'm happy to have found him.

It was terrible, he talked real fast, he didn't show you your injury from your xray. The plan was wrote up on computer but never received the scripts nor your summary. I called back to the office to get what I needed and it took the forever to get back to me unprofessional.

Dr. Bodin is a very friendly and very competent doctor. I appreciated that he did not pressure me to recieve a cortisone shot but left the decision up to me. He had a plan for every level of care, encouraging the least invasive at first based in my condition. I may still need an injected steroid at some point, but also appreciate that no hard timeline with a scheduled follow up appointment was made. That's the picture of patient healing centric care instead of a focus on billing my insurance for the maximum amount possible.

Dr Bodin is excellent!!!!

Dr. Bodin talked with me and my wife about surgery and listened to our concerns about the injury, surgery and recovery. On the day of surgery Dr. Bodin once again talked with us and explained everything. It is very hard to find a surgeon who will take the time to speak with you and listen to your concerns. Dr. Bodin and his entire staff in the Sewell office and at the ASI center in Sewell were top notch.

All staff members from the ladies up front,the assistant, very pleasant and helpful Dr.Bodin was great, explained everything so that I could understand it , answered any questions that I had , and treated my problem and sent me home feeling better. Can't say enough good things about him ??

Maybe the doctor had a surgery to perform, I could understand, but really was not informed other than him saying "You probably do not want surgery but I can tell you why you should". After he left I never saw him again only the woman who put on the brace. I was told to come back in a month and would be seen by a PA. I have since made an appointment to be evaluated by another doctor.

Dr Bodin thoroughly explained in detail the results of a test I had done and the surgery I would need to correct it and let me make the decision whether to do the surgery and I am going forward with the surgery.

Yes, everything was great with the doctor and the nurses. I just wanted information on some financial things and they got back in touch with me, but they got the wrong info from somebody. And then the lady that called me said somebody would contact me and I still haven't been contacted. So hopefully somebody contacts me. Other than that, everything's great.

I think Dr.Bodin and his staff are wonderful,very helpful and attentive.

The only thing is that, according to the Virtua website, Dr. Bodin is supposed to see patients in the Delran office; however, when I tried to schedule, I didn't see any appointments with Dr. Bodin in Delran.

Dr. Bodine reflected, in person, what I read about him on the website. He was professional and knowledgeable.

My overall experience with this team was outstanding!! They were punctual and very courteous???

I had good experiences with all the staff that I came in contact with on my visit to Virtua. I liked Dr. Bowden. He seemed extremely knowledgeable. He seemed very competent. And I liked his personality and the way he handled my questions. I felt very secure that my care was excellent.

Dr Bodin prescribed a medication and was going to send it electronically. However as I was waiting for the elevator to exit the building, someone came and gave me the script saying because of the medication it couldn't be sent electronically and I would need to take it to the pharmacy. However, yesterday when I saw a different doctor in the practice the same medication was sent electronically. I find this VERY strange and disturbing.

I only have one visit so far, but everybody was very nice and the appointment was easily made, but I mean, I can't judge how a doctor is with just like 10 minutes with him. It's just our first appointment.

Great care

My experience was wonderful with Nathan and everybody inside the office. What I did disliked was the initial engagement with the receptionist who checked me in, who sat in her chair, lounged all back, couldn't be bothered to sit up or acknowledge me, and just the way she behaved was so, I don't know, I felt it was so impersonal. And I'm not accustomed to that from this organization when they were recon orthopedics. The girls were always very, you know, hi, how are you? Very enthusiastic, very wanting to get to know you, where this one was very like, your name, okay, your check-in, very not friendly, not warm. So that's all I have to say. Thank you.

I was seen in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait very long. The ladies in the front were very nice. Dr. Bodin was very friendly and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable. My appt didn't last too long. A quick talker. At one point we were interrupted so he could be asked if the patient next door was getting a splint or cast. I found that to be a bit intrusive and didn't understand why it couldn't wait until my appt ended. In looking at my chart, after my visit, it mentioned that he spoke with me about a CMC MetaGrip thumb guard. I don't recall him educating me about it. In fact, he did tell me to stop using any brace for my wrist. Other than those two issues, my visit went well. Thank you for listening.

Dr. Bodin made me feel at ease. He eased my fears with his clear explanation of my condition. He was knowledgeable and made me feel I was going to be well taken care of. I loved the energy he brought to our meeting. He perked me up and made me feel safe. The other staff members I came in contact with were courteous and pleasant.

Great doc and staff

Everybody there was super nice. From the check-in girl, she was so sweet. From the tech who helped me, he was also very nice and sweet. And the doctor was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best doctors I've ever seen. And I only met him for a couple of minutes. He made me feel cared for, and that he could really help me, gave me hope, and gave me a bunch of different options. So I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Bodin has been the absolute best. He listened to my concerns and not only put me at ease but came up with a plan for my recovery. He arranged immediate surgery and added me to his schedule in a moments notice. The whole process went as smooth as it could have gone. Yes, the provider that for everybody from, honestly, the technician and the orthopedic doctor were absolutely wonderful. They were funny. They had the best bedside manner. I was very, very comfortable with Dr. Bodin. And the whole staff was very professional, yet friendly. I had had a bit of an accident and they were very concerned. They knew I was kind of anxious and maybe a little nervous. And they treated me with respect and tried to comfort me in any way they could. The only thing I had called about was the day after I need my CD back, and I had asked if it could be mailed or I could come pick it up, and I never did get a call back. I did see him in the Sewell office on Herfield Cross Keys Road, so if someone could give me a call back, I could either come pick it up or they could mail it to me. Thank you.

The experience was excellent. However trying to CALL for an appointment was not good. #54 in the cue!!! And then disconnected after waiting. Thank goodness for in person appointments.

Getting through to you facility is virtually impossible. I called and was # 57 in the cue. This is terrible patient relations and is just very frustrating. It's a problem that shouldn't be hard to correct but for you guys apparently it is.

Dr. Nathan Bodin has exceptional communication skills both when speaking and, more importantly, when listening. Moreover, the patient experienced exceptional care as provided by the entire patient facing Virtua staff.

My experience was great!!! Everyone I encountered was professional yet personally engaging!!! Dr Nathan Bodin is professional and very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my time with him. I felt diagnoses , treatment and recommendations were very much individual to my problem. I Love his friendly personality!!!

The doctor's assistant did my x-ray. She was very polite and professional and friendly. The doctor, however, Dr. Bodin was not professional. He was making jokes. He didn't ask me about my history or didn't give me explanations for options of care and was unprofessional and left the room during the appointment to go check on another patient, or I think that's what he did. I'm not sure. And then he came back and was rushing me the entire time, not explaining things in detail. And when I was asking questions, he acted like I was bothering him. I would not recommend him. He was condescending and rude.

Nervous about switching from Dr. Ragland to Dr. Bodin, but he made it easy

Dr. Bodin is very professional and knowledgeable regarding issues relsted to the hand. He spent time reviewing and explaining the results of my EMG and potential surgery to be done for my Carpal Tunnel and Cubital Tunnel surgery.

After several hand surgeries from other doctors over the years, Dr. Nathan Bodin was the first surgeon to reconstruct my hand without having to have continued surgeries. This entire Virtua hand surgical and reconstruction team is more than excellent! I will recommend anyone and everyone to them. Thank you Dr. Nathan Bodin and staff for getting my hand back to normal use for the first time in over 13 years. I am so very grateful.

Since I cannot access my chart because I have my son on it and I haven't been able to undo it yet to make it mine, I have to use the regular line and it took me one hour and 46 minutes on hold to get through to somebody. The line is just long and there's got to be an easier way because I have questions right now. I want to call, but I don't always have that amount of time to hold on the line.

It was a very pleasant experience. Everybody was very nice, very knowledgeable. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I'm just waiting for the scheduling. I thought the scheduling part was a little lacking. The young man said anywhere from one to three weeks they would get to me to schedule. Besides that, everything was great.

Yes, I have no complaints. I was treated very well. The doctor was very well and so were the nurses there.

the staff are all excellent. the wait time on the phone to speak to someone is ridiculous. one call i was on hold for so long (far more than an hour--i was number 59 in line) that a friend ended up driving me to the office so I could speak to someone directly. And that call was to schedule an emergency appointment -- as i had been instructed to do. A second call i was again on hold for an hour (59 minutes, #11 in line). Once my call was taken, things went quickly, but if i was on hold for an hour being only #11 in line, i have to believe i would have been on hold for several hours at #59 and would not have gotten the emergency appointment. i would recommend your practice to friends/family because the physicians i have worked with are excellent, but i would also warn them about the situation with the hold times and some of them would just go somewhere else.

I called Virtua main telephone number on 5/21 to set up the appointment. I was informed I would receive a call within 48hr from Dr. Bodin's office which I did on 5/22. The office was able to set up an appointment the very next day 5/23. [REDACTED] the nurse took my initial information during my visit. Dr Bodin diagnosed my issue, explained the diagnosis, provided the necessary treatment and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service I received.
