I arrived with concern and a high level of pain. I left feeling confident with the I formation that was shared with me and started feeling immediate relief from the pain I was suffering with.

Thankful for the wheelchair assistance. I'm glad I could take x-rays right there and have them read immediately. I liked the doctor, his plan, and his explanations to help me understand.

Dr. Holmes is a wonderful doctor. I went to him a couple of years ago for my R shoulder with a very large calcification that other doctors did not want to treat. I was referred to him for a possible Tenjet procedure, which he did, which relieved my pain that I had had for a very long time. He took very good care of me throughout my post procedure. So, now I'm back for my L shoulder. X-ray showed that I do have another calcification growing that shoulder. I explained to him I can't take the time right now to have the procedure so he gave me an injection to hopefully relieve my pain until I can take the time to have another Tenjet procedure. He's the best! The staff, including the appointment scheduler, Front desk, assistant, and xray tech, were all very efficient & friendly. It's a very pleasant & well run office!

The call center is terrible! Upon making my initial appointment I was # 75 in the queue. Someone called back to schedule an appointment but I could not go out until I heard from them knowing they would need sensitive information. Today, I scheduled physical therapy and believe I was #23. It's a stressful experience to say the least.

Called for appointment on Friday, was put on hold. Called back using the doctor's name and had to leave a voice message. Didn't hear back until Monday, but person was very pleasant and finally made an appointment.

Dr Holmes is extremely knowledgeable in his particular field and the medical field in general. He was able to determine that some of my tissue issues may be related to menopause. This information has been extremely helpful in helping me determine a course of action to help me get better.

I felt that the nurse who was asking questions about myself was trying to be way too quick about inputting my information. I didn't get to give her all of my medications because I felt rushed to remember all of the medications. Other than this incident, Dr. Holmes handled all things with me personally. I felt like he knew his stuff and I feel confident that he gave me the best course of action.

Too long of a wait time for appointment. Too long to get appointment.

The office experience was terrific, however your text messaging lacks. You want me to setup some kind of "chart" for my daughter, but you didn't send a link to do so.

Dr. Holmes was great. He knew what was causing my pain and he treated me in the same visit. He even showed me on the ultrasound machine as he was giving me the injection and explained everything. My shoulder is already feeling much better. I got the "A" team with Dr. Holmes and Dr. Mcelligott. When calling in to speak to someone in the office, you cannot get a hold of anybody. I tried four times today and I was number 76 in the queue. They called me back, but when I called back, I got the operator or when they called me back, it was the operator. So it's not a good system. Otherwise, that was the only thing I have a complaint about.

Making an appointment with the doctor was VERY difficult with your call centers. I had to physically come to the office to make an appointment. Once I got to the office, they were very helpful and I got a timely appointment.

Dr Holmes and his whole staff are excellent. The front desk receptionist was great. Dr. Holmes tech was awesome, she called me to go over some questions I had. Dr. Holmes even took time out of his busy day to call me. They all went above and beyond for my son and I. It was definitely a 10/10 experience.

The doctor, the girls that did all of the x-rays, everyone in the back was excellent. The checkout, the girl for checkout didn't have a good attitude. She wasn't very knowledgeable. She tried to tell me some things that I knew weren't true. And she tried to blame it on my insurance that I couldn't get a sooner appointment. So she wasn't very helpful at all. But everyone else was excellent.

Dr. Holmes always does an excellent job when I go in to see him for whatever ails me in my elbow. The only problem I have is since the transformation to Virtua, it takes three times or four times longer to get an appointment with him than it did when it was just reconstructive orthopedics. The feedback for Virtua, just as I have for any of the other hospitals that take over other practices, figure out how to get established facets in there like you did before you took them over versus after you took them over. Thank you.

The doctor Nathan T Holmes is a great doctor

Process for scheduling appointments for Reconstructive Ortho needs to be improved- long hold times or return calls going to spam. This Virtua Group needs to be upgraded to being able to schedule online and get additional staffing to improve call in appointments . If the physicians were mediocre, and they are not but rather GREAT, the practice would go out of business because of the HASSLE in scheduling appointments - feel free to call me if you desire concrete suggestions.

Never have a problem at this office

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Holmes.. I have seen him a few times for a few different procedures. He is personable, very bright and totally puts me at ease! I love that he always gives me different options. If one thing doesn't work there's always something else he seems to be able to do to relieve discomfort. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My Chart summary indicated that I received medications that were not given to me. Xylocaine and Kenalog-40. I did not receive either of these medications. Dr Holmes and I discussed it, but I decided to wait until after a few weeks of physical therapy to make the decision.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this practice. They listen to my concerns, provide excellent care, and explain procedures in a clear, precise manner. I only answered "No" to the scheduling question because my surgeon (Dr. Holmes) is in top demand, so his soonest appointment was fairly far out. But he is an outstanding doctor and a credit to his practice.

Very happy with the care received from Dr. Holmes I will definitely continue to see him for any future orthopedic issues.

When I already know I don't need approval for gel shots from my insurance company don't make me wait 5-7 weeks for Virtua's approval. If I am there I am obviously in serious enough pain and need the injections to start right away. Makes no sense. My insurance company should trump Virtua's decision especially if I already know I do NOT need my insurance company's approval since I qualify due to being well over 6 months of time.

Was not happy with phone system to make appointment. Told me I was caller 64 and I could hold or have office call me back. I was not going to spend 2 to 3 hours on hold, office did call back hours later. Missed their. Call and again had issues with phone system to return office call.someone got back to me the next day to schedule. Appointment line needs some help with scheduling.

The doctor i met with was great. Explained options to me and allowed me to make a decision on my care.

Dr. Holmes appeared interested in what was happening to me, as a result of my long-term orthopedic issues. I am concerned about the length of time (3 months) I need to wait for surgical intervention, but Dr. Holmes did explain why. He did provide a temporary solution (cortisone shot) for my pain that, hopefully, will get me through the summer.

The absolute best Doctor and staff!

Dr.Holmes presented his findings in a concise knowledgeable manner. He definitely is an excellent doctor.The honesty in his approach to his avenues of care made me feel he was giving honest feedback. Trying to make a call to make an appointment is hard. You get put on a very long queue. At one point I was on a queue that said I was number 92. So that is actually quite difficult. But using the MyChart to reach out to the doctor has been great and he is always very responsive.

It was very difficult trying to make the appointment The calling system is terrible. I left my number for a callback and nobody called me back. It took 3 days until I could speak to someone to make the appointment . Once it was made, the rest of my experience was fine
