Dr. Patel predicted I was having, I had had a stroke. I want him to know he was correct. I went over to the hospital and was admitted. I had had a stroke.

My wife also wants to do colonoscopy by you instead of going to other doctor so its a bedt experience.

While I was waiting for my appointment, there was a young adult patient with severe intellectual disability brought in by a one-on-one staff member from a group home. Virtual staff from the front desk and beyond was extremely compassionate and professional despite the group home staff member being unprofessional, ignorant, and unwilling to even show any identification. The front staff at Virtua politely but firmly worked out the situation and got a supervisor from the group home to come in and provide appropriate documentation and identification, (which should've been brought initially). The intellectually disabled young adult was treated with dignity and respect by all the members of this Virtua team.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Patel, his nurse, and the desk associate. They were all friendly, kind, professional, and caring, everything you want in your dr and his/her practice. I was treated as a unique individual and treated wonderfully!

Everything was great during my visit from the reception till when I left. The only thing I've had a problem with was the doctor told me I would be contacted by the surgical coordinator and I've still yet to be contacted. So that's the only thing that really can be improved.

Dr. Patel was amazing. Our visit was so comforting. We communicated very well. He answered my questions he gave me insight on what I need to do moving forward. I walked away feeling great. Thank you, Dr. Patel.

From the moment i walked in the door at the office the staff was welcoming. [REDACTED] was so sweet and comforting. Dr.Patel was great at explaining step by step what he was doing during the procedure. I appreciate the patience they both had with me during my visit. Only complaint was not being able to speak directly to the office staff when calling into the office with a few questions.

Dr. Patel didn't ask me any questions. He just looked at my chart and that was it. I had no communication.

Never knew you could take blood pressure with your arm raised and get a accurate reading

So basically, Dr. Patel was very nice, very professional. He was friendly. He included me in the decision-making. And yeah, overall, it was my first time at the practice, but I would say, you know, my overall experience was very, very good. And yeah, I will be returning.

My husband was well taken care of. He felt very comfortable in the doctor's office with the doctor. Dr. Patel went above and beyond as well as the other staff who work in the office. We give them a 10 star and we would highly, highly recommend to our friends and family.

Doctor Patel is a great stomach doctor never had a problem with him about my care he's so down to earth and easy going . I would totally recommend him to any friend or family member or stranger.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they got me in for my testing right away. Dr. Patel explained everything and answered all of my questions very kindly and was very concerned about making sure that I knew what was going on.

The receptionist was very polite and happy. I think it was just her first week and she did great!!
