Dr Levin has been my primary physician for over 40 years and dread if he retires before I die.

Dr Levin and the staff provided the highest quality care! They enjoy my highest level of trust.

Listened to all my concerns. After appointment went to pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions. I had a question with one of the meds and messaged Dr Levin. He immediately answered and issue was resolved promptly.

I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Levin listened and answered my questions. The staff is also excellent.

Dr. Neil is very careful. We go over medications. We go over blood work, lab work, we go over everything. He takes his time. As I'm getting to know him, I think he's caring. He's very positive. And I like him a lot. The staff, not all of the staff, but some of the staff, they're not nice. Some of them are not polite. Some of them, they are just E ? L. But I stay with Dr. Neil Levin because I've learned a lot from him. And sometimes I do my own research to see why he's prescribing medications for me and why my feet. So we talk ?

Dr. Levin has been my doctor for over 40 years, so that should tell you how I feel about him and how happy I am with the practice that he's always followed.

It's the same visit I have had for 30+ years. Almost word for word. The computer gives him trouble and definitely doesn't look at all my labs (select ones, appropriately). He is set in his ways. Doesn't say much. I communicate all new information and med changes and chart information and it appears to not get changed or added to "my chart." Why send me my chart questions and not put in the replies/changed in chart. I get too many reminders and notifications but they're all one way. I read my post visit history and the 2 vaccines I informed during my visit do not appear in post visit report. A lot of cracks in system. Doing things to meet a corporate:regulatory goal and practicing patient focused health care are definitely two different worlds.

My experience with Dr. Levin and the staff has always been pleasant.

Dr. Levin is the most caring physician. Always listens and actually cares about you as a person. However, the amount of text messages, phone calls and emails to confirm an appointment are absolutely ridiculous. One, ONE, call to confirm is sufficient. I received at least 4 text messages, 2 phone calls and 2 emails for one appointment!
