It's the same visit I have had for 30+ years. Almost word for word. The computer gives him trouble and definitely doesn't look at all my labs (select ones, appropriately). He is set in his ways. Doesn't say much. I communicate all new information and med changes and chart information and it appears to not get changed or added to "my chart." Why send me my chart questions and not put in the replies/changed in chart. I get too many reminders and notifications but they're all one way. I read my post visit history and the 2 vaccines I informed during my visit do not appear in post visit report. A lot of cracks in system. Doing things to meet a corporate:regulatory goal and practicing patient focused health care are definitely two different worlds.

My experience with Dr. Levin and the staff has always been pleasant.

Dr. Levin is the most caring physician. Always listens and actually cares about you as a person. However, the amount of text messages, phone calls and emails to confirm an appointment are absolutely ridiculous. One, ONE, call to confirm is sufficient. I received at least 4 text messages, 2 phone calls and 2 emails for one appointment!
