Very informative about my injury.

Dr Bertha and the staff listened to my concerns and involved me with the decisions. We talked about all options because surgery was the last thing I wanted to do. He said we could try P/T and if I feel it's working than that's hiw we will proceed. And had me return in a month and that's when we decided it would be best to have the surgery. We talked about what would be done beforehand and went over the morning of surgery.

Staff and provider were kind, respectful and compassionate. Developed a solid treatment plan and I will follow up in a few weeks. Thank you!

Disappointed that scheduler for my procedure didnt read notes and neglected to schedule two injections at the same time as Dr Bertha recommended

Everyone was courteous from the beginning to the end. The doctor listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that I was comfortable with to get me better. He even scheduled a follow up

Dr. Bertha is very pleasant to work with. He carried out a thorough exam and presented me with options for my care. He listened to me, asked if I had any questions. He didn't rush through my appointment. A+!

Felt rushed. Dr didn't fully read MRI report and did not have all the MRI images to discuss. Did know know my relevant medical history.
