I waited almost 5 months to see Dr. Thompson but it was well worth the wait to see her, it was my first visit. This was my first time seeing Dr. Thompson as Dr. Levin wasn't available. She was very very thorough and concerned with my situation. She asked pertinent questions and listened to my answers. Hi Dr. Nicole Thompson unfortunately they canceled my surgery because authorization they rescheduled for September 10. I also like today thank you so much for your care and attention to my care!!!

Dr. Nicole Thompson is an amazing doctor, and we love her. The only issue I have is she is, for some reason, not listed in our network. It was supposed to be changed, and it was never changed. When my wife tries to call in my behalf because of my work schedule, she's told she can't, even though we have filled out paperwork. This needs to be fixed for all customers, for all patients, I'm sorry, and taken care of. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to be able to have somebody make appointments for me or question, especially in our case where we're having an issue with billing as well.

Nothing to do with my actual visit but I was appalled at the questionnaire that I was sent asking me basically to not bring up any medical issues unless I want to be billed. That's beyond disgusting and unethical. You as a company should be ashamed of yourselves. The whole purpose of a wellness visit is to be able to bring up and address ANY medical issues I have been having since my last checkup. Thankfully I am healthy at this time but if I did have a concern to basically ask me to schedule a separate visit is an embarrassment to your organization. If I didn't really like my doctor, Dr Thompson I would have already released my records. I wonder how the state medical ethics board would feel about the way you are conducting business?

I absolutely LOVE Dr Thompson. She listens to me and is not quick to just put me on medications unnecessarily.
