I was very pleased. I waited a long time because I was worried but after seeing her I could kick myself. LOL

My only complaint is getting raked over the coals by Healthmark every time I have an appointment. Nobody should have to pay an entity that Virtua hired to do their paperwork. Especially when that patient is out on leave with no income coming in.

Nicole was wonderful. She was patient in answering my questions and providing me a the options for care of my knee.

My name is [Redacted] and I had an appointment there in the Medford office [Redacted] . And it was the doctor, I don't remember her name. I don't have my paperwork in front of me. She was different. I usually see Dr. Khan. She was very helpful. She was very understanding. She was very patient. She was very kind. And she even reduced the pain. She gave me a smaller needle than what Dr. Khan was using. I was in a lot of pain with Dr. Khan was using it, sometimes crying. And she came up with the idea of a smaller needle. So my experience was great. And I would love to see her again. Thank you so much for employing doctors like her. She really cares about her job. It's not just a job for her. She cares about the people. I need that to be known. Thank you and have a good day.
