That office is actually phenomenal. The staff was just amazing, very relaxing, very engaging, very down to earth, and the doctor himself was absolutely on point with my medical history without any charts in front of him. He seemed to have memorized almost everything pertinent about me. And I was definitely shocked, but I was also impressed. Great experience, and I will be going back.

The doctor discontinued one of my medications in error and did not d/c the med that should have been d/c'd. He confused two medications beginning with 'f'. I called to complain, explained the situation to someone but no one has contacted me yet.

My husband needed a gastroenterologist and picked Dr. Pandey. I had been with Virtua (formerly Allied Gastroenterology) for years but needed a new doctor in the group because mine left. I was impressed and that day got an appointment with Dr. Pandey for later in the same week. Very happy with my choice and my husband's care

We schedule a colonoscopy, which I was not able to complete. I ended up having an episode the night before, I'm diabetic, but also they wanted $300 the next day, which I was not able to come up with. And they wouldn't do it unless I paid or I made some payment arrangements or something to that nature. But anyway, the reason was because I medically was not able to have it done. But the fact that I also couldn't get the, I guess, $300 for the next day was not feasible for me. And I thought that that was not customary. I've never had to pay $300 for a colonoscopy before. And so there was an issue with the insurance as to the type of colonoscopy that I was having done. And they would not do it
