Still waiting for Dr to call me back after 3 attempts I have left messages for him to call me to discuss test results for the last 5 days as well as treatment options , which none have been provided after testing- Disappointing follow up - I've spoken to front desk twice- left vm messages and get nothing

I called to make my annual appointment with Dr. Chao. When I was told that she retired, I said, then I will be going to a different OBGYN--something local. The woman said: where do you live? I told her Columbus. She said: we have an office in Mansfield, are you interested? YES! I was and I actually got an appointment for the very next day! Seriously, she should be commended for asking me that question!

My experience with Dr. Fuseini's office thus far has been a whirl wind because I needed to have a full hysterectomy removal surgery. Everyone has been very pleasant to talk with.

I walked in for my OBGYN visit post surgery and the secretary already knew that I needed to retake a urine speciemen. She proceeded to provide me with the cup and label. she was pleasant and knowledgeable. The MA was through with obtianing vitals and reviewing meds. Dr Fuseini , cant say enough things about him: Always with great bedside manner, caring , kind, professional and extremely thorough. He even follow up and wrote for a script he said he would after hearing back from Hormone specialist for her approval. would recommend Dr. Fuseini to anyone!!

I had Dr. Fuseini, and Dr. Fuseini is very professional, him and his assistant. They really did a good job, made me feel comfortable for the reason why I was there, and seemed to know about my health care. Any questions I had, he answered them already. And overall, it was a great experience, and I love Dr. Fuseini and Virtual OB, and I always recommend people to go there.

Had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

I have extreme anxiety of a gynecologist and they ease my comfort, a little they where super friendly too

Out of my 20 years of going to an OBGYN, Dr.Fuseini is my absolute favorite provider. I've never felt so comfortable and that's extremely important, especially coming from an early childhood sexual abuse victim.
