The overall experience was wonderful. The only problem that I have is when your child is a minor and you are told to use the MyChart account to get in touch with the doctor to leave messages but you can't since your child is still a minor even though you have the proxy signed and in the file you still cannot get in touch with the doctor, which is very very aggravating. It's actually a very bad hardship being that our doctor is only in the office one day a week and is in the hospital the other times so trying to get a hold of him to make a adjustment of medication or need to leave a message I have to jump through hundreds of hoops to make sure he even gets the message. I really wish that they would make a MyChart account accessible for parents of minors to actually be able to communicate with the doctor that part is BS. Everything else about the practice is amazing. I love the Dr love the staff. Hate the MyChart and the way that it's worked. Hopefully, you can change that in the near future to make it easier for parents. Thank you.

Dr Sachar is a thoughtful , intelligent, caring physician. Knowledge of neurology is outstanding. Medical assistant / nurse courteous and efficient.

When I do in person it's an hour and half trip or more each way so it's evident he's a great doctor and worth the trip. The rest of the staff are pretty nice which is important to me as well.

The check in folks are very plesent too.

I trust Dr.Shachar , he has been very knowledgeable and understanding with my treatment. I am now able function much better. I had been to three neurologist at different health systems previously to meeting Dr. Shachar, I can say my experience has been positive and life changing. Thanks
